As technology advances, it has changed the way we live to that end more and more people prefer to use a laptop to communicate rather than face-to-face. From my perspective, it has way more benefits than disadvantages. I will elucidate both of views through some examples.

It is indeed true that these days long term contracts are hardly been given to employees by companies and this trend has both merit and demerit. Easily switch to a new job is its benefit and not being certain about the future is its drawback.

Certainly, in the present scenario, where the military is been equipped with modern technology for their weapons, they still require human-being for its operations. But whether a young candidate should go for the army training or provide their services for community work. Youngblood has its own benefit in the above-mentioned fields.

Nowadays, a majority of person believe that virtual technology has taken over the personal visits for official meetings. While some recommend it to be a negative trend, others argue that it is beneficial. I firmly agree with the virtual meeting being the necessity in today’s time, and in this essay,I will discuss both sides of the argument.

Globally it is mundane to watch people buying products online. There has been a tremendous increase in the online shopping platform. There are fewer advantages as compared to disadvantages for the people and the companies while shopping online.

Nowadays the choice of dwellings has been drastically changed from independent houses to flats. Some people believe that living in apartments is more advantageous as compared to the houses. However, there are a number of benefits of staying in a house than an apartment regarding the budget, facilities and freedom.

There is no doubt that due to increased urbanisation housing has become a major problem. A few individuals choose to live in a building while others prefer to live in a flat.This essay will discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of living in the accommodation and I will tend to agree with the latter view.

Traditionally, there are many places that receive people from all over the world and usually, they are the destination of most tourists. But there are few locations which are not that favoured due to their climate and have been attracting travellers, however, this type of trip has sparked a controversial debate about whether the outcomes are more positive and negative. Though, from my point of view, the negative aspects outweigh the positives one.

Nowadays, it is observed that some students join a college in the same year that they complete their high school studies, while some others prefer taking a year's break. Therefore, choosing not to go for the higher studies immediately has its own benefits and drawbacks.

It comes with advantages and disadvantages, however, in my opinion, the positive outcomes like better practical studies, interaction with foreign students and overseas work experience through placements are some points which make my view correct.

However, the increasing number of tourists has its own merits and demerits which will be discussed in this essay.
