Many municipalities are unable to bring up a plan to guide constructors as well as the population to show them what are the norms and rules for building houses and offices. This takes cities to an uncontrolled situation where people construct their properties in many different styles, according to only to their own tastes and budget. Some people have positive feelings about this trend, however, in my opinion, the drawbacks are bigger due to the decrease in price it causes in the real estate market as well as the inefficient use of local infrastructure, leading it to an overcharge.
