Many municipalities are unable to bring up a plan to guide constructors as well as the population to show them what are the norms and rules for building houses and offices. Some people have positive feelings about this trend, however, in my opinion, the drawbacks are bigger due to the decrease in price it causes in the real estate market as well as the inefficient use of local infrastructure, leading it to an overcharge.
