In some countries, more and more people are hiring a personal fitness trainer, rather than playing sport or doing execercise classes. What are the reasons for this? Is this a positive or a negative development?

In today's fast-paced world, with complex and hectic daily work schedules, people need to be concerned about their health and fitness. There is a debate between Recruiting a private trainer or doing exercise classes or playing sports. I reckon that having personal trainers is more effective as this motivates people to do exercise and it is more academic than personal training.

IELTS Most major cities around the world continue to grow at a phenomenal rate due to the massive increase in population. This has led to a general decline in the quality of life in city area as the environment becomes more crowded and polluted. Give some reasons why this growth has occurred and suggest some practical solutions to this problem.

After World War II, the population of growth occurred from 1946~1964 called ’baby boom’. Most countries had the current situation, the postwar ‘baby boomer’ brought main production in 20 years, however, after half-century people got elder and most of them retired, because the standard of medical care increased and the consequential result is people’s average life age were prolonged. In spite of living spaces being limited, nevertheless the growth rate of the population is still increasing, except for the improvement of medical skills, people focus on the knowledge of nutrition and healthy theme and care about themselves more than in the past years.

Although the number of subscribers prefers online, in my opinion, we can keep both print and Online versions as this would be difficult for some public in the community. In this Modern world, we understand that everything is converting into digital form to save our environment. Many people prefer the online copy as it is very convenient and can read this newspaper even when they are in a different country which is a very welcome thing. However, this would not be a beneficial thing as it would strain our eyes a lot.
