Others, however, believe that the user should be responsible for the expense. In this essay, I will discuss both views and provide my own point of view.

With the advancement of technology, it is predicted in the future that children will have flexibility in studying whether using technology or at schools which is more traditional. I personally prefer to have a direct learning method with a tutor which can be accessed in current school situations. This benefits the students in improving themselves by having feedback and exposure to various perspectives.

In some ,countries children have very strict rules of behaviour, while in other countries they are allowed to do whatever they want. In my point of view, every nationality is having different guidelines for youngsters by keeping in mind age, environment, diseases and genetic disorders and every big member of a family has a right to their little one.
