Many employees can now do their work from home using modern technology. However, this change may only benefit workers, not the employers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Working at home has gradually become a trend since the outbreak of COVID-19, and with the development of it, we are clearly aware that this trend is a double-edged sword for employers. On the one hand, it allows employees to allocate working time freely and thereby earns employers a good reputation; on the other hand, however, it seems to hinder the cultivation of team cohesion.

“Prevention is better than cure”. Researching and treating diseases is too costly so it better to invest in preventative measures” To what extent do you agree

Prevention is always better than cure this statement is true . Investigating and then treating diseases is very costly people should take care of their health by taking some preventative measures such as doing health check-ups periodically , dieting and exercising. I totally agree with this statement and further in this essay ,I will explain my thoughts with some examples.

The death penalty for people who committed a violent crime is promoted by some people while others think capital punishment is outdated. In this essay, I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the death penalty for people who commit violent crimes. I think people who commit violent crimes should learn from their mistakes and should get the chance to better themselves.

Some suggest that the optimal way of tackling unrelenting traffic and pollution issues is higher gas prices. Although this measure can curb these issues to some extent, I do not agree that it is the most effective one. Instead, less controversial options such as raising public awareness and popularizing less polluting modes of transportation should be explored.

People have different views as to whether individuals should take risks in terms of their jobs and their private lives. In my opinion, despite there are drawbacks to this, I firmly believe it brings about many more benefits.

It is estimated that in the coming days, online banking will take over the position of traditional one, and cash is predicted to be vanished. I tend to find myself among those who agree with this mindset which might be disapproved of by some residents due to lack of knowledge.

In this day and age, our lives are increasingly developing. In my opinion, I agree that having more public parks and sports facilities is necessary, however, I disagree that a shopping centre is not as necessary as these facilities. The following essay will indicate my opinion.

In this revolutionized world, the development of medicine is leading to a rise in the life expectancy of people. Personally, although medical care can produce more pros for the public to fight infections by giving antibodies, the progress in medicine can be the main culprit of falling the budget of the government.

As such, the costs of medical treatments have been increasingly recognized. From my perspective, I agree with the former, and the reasons will be thoroughly elaborated in the following paragraphs.

some people assume that emergency workers should not help people who practise hazardous sports over their life because this is their own life and they must maintain their responsibility.In my perspective, this is a very egotistic thing and a harmful act for the community. However, there are some situations the helpers team can not participate in.
