Some people believe that in order to give opportunities to new generation companies should encourage high level employess who are older than 55 to retire. Do you agree or disagree? Why.

A considerable number of individuals claim that senior staff of organizations must be retired in some way as the younger generation is likely to be a more influential and eligible work power; however, I can't entirely agree with this notion as I am inclined to believe that elderly employees are precious members of society and must be kept involved.

Nowadays, social media is a driving factor in the progress of the public in every aspect. A number of dwellers in the world consider assisting people in getting access to the Internet as an effective way through which connection among residents as well as between them and new events can remain in the long run. While this development may bring about some drawbacks, I would argue, that are overshadowed by the benefits.

It is generally claimed that nowadays more and more firms backer of some sport team or sporter. While some people believe that it can bring lots of advantages for both teams and companies, others do not agree with this idea. I personally agree with the idea that companies should be assisting sports.

Nowadays, there are many different kinds of activities for children to spend their leisure time. Some people assert that children must attend group activities based on their carers' encouragement if they have free time whereas many others argue that the best thing is for children to let them learn everything on their own. Personally, I am in favour of the first view.

Having a healthy lifestyle is indispensable in this era. Doctors endlessly advocate the older society to follow exercise consistently whereas most of them do not pursue the movements accordingly. In my opinion, these subsets of patients are not convinced that proper routine can indeed alleviate the occurrence of negative health outcomes. In this essay, I will explain some of the reasons behind such tendencies and resolutions.

Financial support enables organizations to allocate resources efficiently, but it can be susceptible to misuse or diversion by corrupt officials. In contrast, practical assistance, such as providing materials or food, offers direct support without the risk of mismanagement. However, it may lead to mismatches between donated goods and community needs.

To tackle these problems, parents can employ a multifaceted approach involving education, communication and technology tools.

One group of society prefers to consider this trend as a fair fact, while others are against this position. In this essay, an attempt will be made to investigate both types of vision and then provide my own opinion.

I lean towards the belief that English has myriads for the students and introducing it at schools will not deprive the local languages since both have the same importance. I completely agree with that statement and this essay will elaborate on that issue.

Every occupation has a different range of salaries which is influenced by many factors like how important the job role is, the industry's revenue, and the company's capability. In fact, I strongly agree with those who feel that nurses, doctors and teachers do not get enough money while people who work in the entertainment industry are paid more.

This essay supports the argument of having friends with persons who are not easily convinced by a person's thoughts.

There has been quite an obvious discussion around the topic of plastic bags. While some people believe that plastic shopping bags can be used in the future, I would argue that plastic bags should be banned to maintain the environment. I will explain my reasons in this essay.
