There has been quite an obvious discussion around the topic of a recipe for student success. While some people believe that having a good teacher is the key, some would say that having the desire to succeed is more important. This essay will discuss both sides which will be shown in the following paragraphs.

It is believed that many individuals love to watch crime-related shows and TV programmes. Watching crime-related stuff helps them to stay alert and get a chance to stay active in their daily activity. In the upcoming paragraphs, I will discuss the reasons for the community's interest in watching those programmes. After that, I will share my views about their impact on society. Lastly, I will conclude my topic.

Nowadays, there is an ongoing issue regarding the abolishment of public parks for commuters. Some people assert that the government has to remove the public parks near the center of a city and instead build public facilities to encourage employment or improve transport systems for commuters because sometimes the shared space for the community between the high-rise buildings interrupts workers' commute. They argue that making room for new workplaces or developing transport is more effective for commuting and it would be helpful to the socio-economy. According to an announcement by the government, the number of people using parks is declining these days because of severe dust in the air. Thus, they argue it is better to establish new spaces for workers rather than disburse the expenditures for managing the parks.

Every individual has a special view of life in general, and, while we can discuss positive or negative behaviours, it is up to each one of us to live our lives as we want, as long as we do not influence others or society in a wrong matter. In my honest opinion, while we are behavioural creatures, changes are always welcomed as they disguise themselves as opportunities for improvement.

This essay will analyze this topic from both points of view and express my opinion.
