Long-term imprisonment is the answer to dealing with criminals but I believe proper psychological methods will be a better solution to deal with criminal rates.

In recent years, thanks to significant technological advances, humans can work from home instead of going to companies. The debate surrounding these merits has positive impacts on the employees and employers not receiving any benefits from this situation has been going on. While some advocate for this argument, other believes that working at home helps companies reduce their budget for infrastructure as well as diversify human resources. From my perspective, this way of working brings benefits to both sides.
