However, I believe that physical studies and other basic studies are as important as academic studies so, I disagree with the above statement, I will elaborate further in my essay below.

Of course, it is crucial to involve parents in solving this upcoming problem. However, despite a few benefits of receiving fines by adults, I consider this solution to be inappropriate and unfair.

Government shall make restrictions and procedures to tackle this problem.
