Some individuals say that increasing the number of sports facilities is the best way to make public health better, however, there is another group of people who think that this would not make so much of a difference in public health and that other measures are required and I totally agree with this statement. I believe that in order to improve public health not only sports facilities should increase but also assure health services for everyone.

In my opinion, I agree with this statement because there are cases when people are forced to commit a crime because they had not found a job, but there are still examples when well-educated people have broken the law.
