While some individuals believe that a manager should be a person in charge of decision-making in a company. Conversely, there are those people who believe that employees should be involved in the decision. This essay will elaborate on both points of view along with my perspective which I personally believe that decision-maker depends on the severity of issues .

Some people think that spending large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities is a waste of money. They think that this money should be used to improve existing public transport. To what extent do you agree / disagree ?

Some people think that constructing fast trains between cities is a wast of money and should spend the money on developing existing public transport, whereas others groups claim that there is nothing bad in building new railway lines. From my point of view, I agree with the latter view for many reasons, described in the following paragraphs.

People have different views about the importance of homework. Some individuals think that teachers should do not give students assignments, while others believe otherwise. In my opinion, the homewors is extremely crucial for children in order to increase their performance as well as prepare them to future career.

Universities should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In my opinion, men and women should have the same educational opportunities. However, I do not agree with the idea of accepting equal proportions of each gender in every university subject. Having the same number of men and women on all degree courses is simply unrealistic. Student numbers on any course depend on the applications that the institution receives. If a university decided to fill courses with equal numbers of males and females, it would need enough applicants of each gender. In reality, many courses are more popular with one gender than the other, and it would not be practical to aim for equal proportions. For example, nursing courses tend to attract more female applicants, and it would be difficult to fill these courses if fifty per cent of the places needed to go to males. Some parents are of the view that books children read should be educational rather than entertaining as entertainment books can be a waste of time. Though educational books are superior to entertainment ones in many respects, I take issue with the idea that the latter waste children’s time.

Studies play a vital role for the overall development of the individuals. Some folks believe that university qualification or higher studies is important for everyone while other think it is not crucial for everyone. I pracially agree with both opinions. In this essay, I will implementing the grounds and suitable instance to promote my perspective.

Even though the latter is valid to some extent, I consider myself an advocate of the former.

Many packaged food and drink goods involve high sugar levels, which affect many health issues. Sweet products should be encouraged to be more pricey to influence people to take less sugar. I fully disagree with this statement due to the fact that consuming sugary items could have advantages, such as changing daily carbohydrate consumption and subsidizing low-sugar sufferers, which I will discuss in this essay.

In some parts of the world children start school at the age of seven on the contrary other parts of the world children start school earlier. It is believed that starting education at an early age affects relationship between children and parents. From the point of my view yes it can affect relationship between family members but also it has some advantages.
