Owning a home has more advantages than renting one in many countries. This can be caused by several reasons such as the price of accommodation. This essay will discuss the argument and propose that it might be a negative situation.

Watching TV programs can bring both merits and demerits to the growth of children development. However, a child is also benefited while watching TV in a meagre way. The choice of programs and the appropriate content are greatly influenced in the mental growth of youth.

Nowadays, a great deal of attention has been paid to the action of celebrities. Some people opine that they get the excessive salary despite they have negative impacts on society, while others insist that their payments are fair amount since they improve society. In this essay, I am going to discuss both sides of the arguments and examine the reasons why I believe celebrities have positive impacts on society.

The health of humanity is completely related to lifestyle. Over time, many pupils have an unhealthy manner of living. The Number of cars are increasing in several cities of the world in compare to the last three decades which is a major cause of traffic jam issues. However, i believe that, it can be a awful condition for all the humans. Steps which should be take by government to reduce this problems is mentioned in following paragraphs.

It is an undeniable fact that people are not taking the issue of environmental change seriously. Although there are many individuals who have the insight to reduce the problem, still there are a large number of folks who are not paying much attention to this problem. In this , the essay I will discuss that why I believe that people do not care much about the atmosphere.

Since the 18th century technological advances have replaced people in the workplace. With today’s technology this process is happening at a greater rate. Technology is increasingly responsible for unemployment. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Technology is boon nowadays and it has some detrimental effects on employment. It is believed that updated technologies have replaced individuals employments. Increasing machinery is the main reason to reduce the job for the people. I completely agree with this given statement that unemployment would be the higher rate in future and the reasons for my opinion will be elucidated in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Nowadays, a great deal of attention has been paid to community operation. Some people opine that it is important to involve teenagers to the local community and give them an unpaid work. I strongly agree with this because this benefits both youngsters and society.

Many problems have been associated with the consumption of alcohol and so many citizens are demanding that the authorities do something to make it illegal. I totally agree that action is necessary to prevent the sale of alcoholic beverages because they are having a serious effect on people’s health, relationships with others, and the harmony of society in general.

Advertisements of snacks and toys have a great impact on children and their parents. So advertisements to the children should be banned. Do you agree or disagree?

In this contemporary world, people see countless advertisements in a day. A certain proportions of people opine that youngsters are likely to be affected by commercials in a negative way, and that should be banned for them. I strongly agree with this opinion because advertisements surely have major impacts and obesity among children caused by unhealthy diets is a serious problem.

In recent times, the need to find valuable work experience and to keep teenagers busy is an issue all over the world. Nowadays, it is believed by some that an obligatory volunteer program for high schoolers is a solution for this issue. It is in my opinion, through these programmes’ adolescents would find appreciate their community more, develop invaluable work experience and improve their social skills.

It is a well-documented fact that an increasing number of people all over the world are drawing attention to the role of music in bringing people together. In fact, there are some people who strongly believed that music is considered as a good way of connecting people of different backgrounds together regardless of their cultures and ages. Therefore, this has been an endless controversial issue, however, from my point of view, I wholeheartedly agree with the above argument.

Nowadays, every job have a different kind of difficulty such as low salary, long working hour. Although some people think that it is okay to continue to work in a bad situation and struggling, others believe that they should find a new job which is better than the current job. I will discuss both views and I strongly believe that people should find a new job when they are struggling and difficult situation in a current job.

Our new generation tends to spend their leisure time in public places like malls, pubs and parks instead of doing homework, studying in libraries and staying at home. Therefore, elders worry that may influence them to get into the wrong path including drugs and other types of addictions that are considered unacceptable for society. In this essay, I will write both sides and conclude with facts.

In this day and age, in order to lead a smooth and hassle-free life, people not only hinge on state-of-the-art technologies but also take lessons from the story of their ancestors. Resultantly, whereas some individuals opine that there is nothing to learn from histories, others contend that without having a deep understanding of past events, it is next to impossible to comprehend present circumstances. I, too, wholeheartedly believe that taking lessons from the past is conducive to solving many issues of the present world.

At present, the New generation mostly preferred to trade on the internet. It seems that online shopping provides better amenities rather than buy from shops. I will discuss both pros and cons views in the next paragraph.

There are several valuable factors that I can reinforce my stand. The foremost reason is that it is the duty of governments to surface such analysis. In other words, If the centre allows scientific investigation under their control then all research data would be preserved with high security for avoiding miss used that data.

Well-paid salary is always attracted by employees. There are some people who think that CEOs and executive staff of big multi-national business firms ought to be highly paid compared to small scale employer sectors; however, I completely disagree with the view since every staff should be treated equally.
