Interview form the basic selection criteria for most large companies. However, some people think that interview is not a reliable method of choosing whom to employ and there are better methods. To what extent to you agree or disagree?

To agree or disagree with the statement that interviews are the basic filteration criteria is an important issue. Putting the discussion in a wider context, interviews has always been debatable. Even though some people think that there are better methods for employing a resource rather than interviews , I wholeheartedly believe that interview is a good method for recruiting candidates. First I will discuss some arguments supporting my ideas about this statement, after which some aspects against that will be presented.

Some people believe environmental problems require global attention whereas some believe they can be dealt with on a national level. Discuss both sides and give your opinion

climate change is becoming worldwide issue rather than restricting to a particular country . A plethora of people has an opinion that environmental trouble requires global awareness whereas a few believe this should be an internal matter of one's nation. This essay will discuss both views regarding nature's issues and have an opinion that natural calamity such as earthquake,flood do need developed countries funding conversely minor disturbance like pollution and water contamination can be handled by nation.

A portion of citizens considers that condemn times in confinement should be extended for convicts in order to decrease the crime rate. In this essay I will provide reasons that support why I disagree with the idea of incarceration periods must be longer.

Melodious music is a vital part of life on earth. However, it is argued that music is an effective media in strengthening the sense of connection in various communities and ages. I strongly agree with the aforesaid notion that music is crucially responsible for enhancing the bonding among individuals because of its pleasing and motivating effects. This essay will elaborate on the same in the upcoming paragraphs.

In the modern era, consumption of plastic increase significantly, as a result, it produces a devastating effect on waterways species and seabird and even landfill. In some ,countries plastic bags are already banned and I completely agree that plastic bags should be banned to maintain an enviormental balance.

A certain section of people believe that the death penalty is the best solution to stop vicious crimes, but other section of people think that only a life sentence throughout their life is enough. In this ,essay we will discuss both scenarios. In my opinion, the judiciary department has to implement laws in such a way that the victim family has to satisfy.

In this contemporary world, down to the increasing demand for entertainment, governments cut their financial budget from the basic public sectors, and invest that amount in artistic activities, creating many problems for the general public. Consequently, there has been a growing body of opinion in favour of focusing only on public services, such as education, treatment, food supply, to name but a few. Being a rational mind, I, too, assent to this notion, for I am of the view that spending money on the most pivotal sectors is conducive to boosting the economy of a state and becoming a self-sufficient nation.

Choosing a profession is one of the hardest things to decide since there are lots of factors to consider. Therefore, some people argue that a person’s career path, especially by the young people, must be left in the hands of their parents rather than by themselves. In my own opinion, although parents know what is best for their offspring, I still believe that their children should be the one to pick their profession.

Testing of medicines and cosmetics on animals has been prevalent for a very long time . The animals are tortured and deprived of their natural habitats in order to test these products . While some believe it is cruel to test medicines on them others argue that it is the only way in order to save mankind from ever-increasing diseases and viruses. It's important to analyse the two opinions in order to come to a conclusion.

Dangerous sports are more common these days and a lot of people can freely choose the kind of sports that they want. However, some people argue that extreme sports should be prohibited.

It has been a controversial issue whether people should pay for entrance tickets to museums or not. From my perspective, there will be more benefits than drawbacks if museums are not free for their audiences.

In recent years, economic growth has never failed to attract people’s attention. Some adopt a view that this is fundamental for the wealth of a country; however, I personally believe that other fields also are as important in improving the general standard of living.

The modern world experiences a lot of health problems due to the negligence of health consciousness. In my view, having many sports buildings cannot be a unique option for solving this problem.

In the contemporary era, there are many fairs in the world. The crowd like this festival feast everywhere. some population think that governments should spend salary on more useful things. I see eye to eye to this statement. I will explain in the upcoming paragraph.

Global warming has become the most leading problem that the world is facing. The increasing number of private cars was mentioned as one of the worst contributors that worsen global warming. Some people suggest that the government should develop public transportation system or invest in the development of technology like electric cars to solve the problem.
