It is predicted that men and women in the near future will prefer to read news from online websites instead of buying paper-based newspapers or books. This essay totally agrees with this statement because this way of learning news is cheaper and more environmentally friendly.
These days, it is strongly believed that government funding should mainly focus on science and technology as opposed to arts and culture. Although this claim has many advocates, I strongly believe that investing more in the arts is as significant and life-changing for people.
Some think that the government should increase the price for tourists to visit cultural and historical attractions in a country, but this essay will disagree because people are generally equal, whether they are foreign visitors or locals.
disagree with the statement that young people who commit serious crimes, such as robbery or violent attacks, should be penalized in the same way as adults. This essay will explore several reasons for this matter.
disagree with the statement that says young people who commit some important crimes, such as robbery or violent attack should be penalised as adults. This essay will explore several reasons for that matter.
In this essay, I shall discuss arguments from both sides of this issue before going on to state why I tend to agree that access to technology has increased the gap between the upper-class and the lower-class. I believe a more nuanced picture is necessary.
In several regions, it is sometimes argued that governments should allocate funds to build new lines for the fast trains between the cities. However, other people believe that instead of spending money on establishing new railways, it is better to invest this money in improving the existing public transportation systems. While I understand the importance of improving the current public transportation systems, I believe that building new lines would be a better idea for several reasons.
These days, technology is developing extremely quickly, and we can send our food products to other districts really fast; as a result, global inhabitants can buy goods from all over the world. In my opinion, this is a positive development because this thing can help migrations to cook their own meals, and people who cannot travel to other regions can taste other areas’ dishes.
In the new era, learning foreign languages is fundamental for each individual. Therefore, there is an argument between the two views. Some people argue that learning another language is only for learners who aim to travel or work overseas, while others think that these are not the only purposes for someone who wants to learn a new language except their mother tongue. From my perspective, I believe that each person has a free choice in choosing a different language to study.
In most cases, enrolling in university is often correlated with moving out of parents' house. Many people believe that living far away from home is better for students, while others argue that staying at home with their parents has more advantages. In my opinion, I believe that students benefit from living alone, especially because they learn how to be independent, and how to manage their time and their expenses.
Very often home assignments are incorporated into school curriculums with the aim of honing skills and fostering concepts. While the proponents of homework cite its benefits, others argue that homework exercises negatively impact students' lives. Nevertheless, I firmly assert that home exercises are beneficial for students because this way students are able to dedicate more time to grasp concepts and learning skills.
It is asserted that learning a foreign language is only necessary for business travel or employment. In contrast, some people think there are other reasons to learn new languages. I strongly believe that expanding our vocabulary can open up a wide range of opportunities in our lives. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss both points of view and provide evidence to support my own.
Nowadays, children tend to spend a great amount of time watching television or playing video games. Some individuals believe that reading books is much better for them. Personally, I totally agree with this view, since this activity helps children with their cognitive development, language skills, imagination, creativity and social skills.
Many people believe that the youth should take a gap from their study after graduation of their schooling instead of getting admission at the University. This essay attempts to shed light on both the merits and demerits of this choice before concluding that the former is more significant.
With the dawn of the 21st century, it was widely predicted that the rapid development of technology would lead to people having significantly more free time. The rationale behind this prediction was that advancements in particularly automation and digitalization, would streamline various tasks, reducing the amount of time required for work and daily chores. This essay explores the extent to which this prediction has materialized the broader impacts of technology on our lives.
It is argued that every high school curriculum should include voluntary community services such as working for a charity, improving the neighborhood, or teaching sports to children. This essay completely agrees with this statement because charitable activities help to develop particular soft skills at an early age and spend their free time usefully.
In the coming time, individuals would like to explore their native country during vacations instead of going to overseas countries. However, I completely disagree with the statement because other countries have a lot more to offer in terms of opportunities to gain knowledge as well as a chance to see different scenes as compared to the ones in their own country.
It is true that the pupils should learn a number of academic lessons along with non-academic study, on the contrary not all of them. I disagree with that issue and in the upcoming paragraphs, I shall discuss my point of view in detail.
The debate over whether unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmes is a pertinent one. While some argue that it instils a sense of civic duty and fosters social cohesion, others believe it may place undue pressure on students already balancing numerous academic and extracurricular commitments. I firmly believe that incorporating compulsory unpaid community service into high school programmes is highly beneficial for students and society alike.
