Nowadays, crime fiction books and series attract viewers that are increasing their ratings rather than other genres. In my opinion, they have 2 main reasons for describing how the crime genre is becoming popular, including, the viewer's enthusiasm and thriller.
In today's contemporary world, many automobile brands are producing smart cars that are controlled by artificial intelligence. While there are some detrimental outcomes related to this type of driving, I think oto-pilot vehicles provide numerous advantages. In this essay, I will discuss both opinions and explain my view.

Many people believe that the most important factor in workplace is the existence of a good relationship between employers and employees while others may have a different idea about the most important one. Personally, I think it is hard to select a key factor. In this essay these two point of views will be discussed before reaching any conclusion.
Communication via internet is becoming more popular in modern life. Employees is choosing online communication in many workplaces, rather that meeting face to face. Although it can be beneficial and time saving working online, I think, there is small cons that should be taken in concederation.

Recently, there is a debate that political leaders should spend money on the health care system, rather than investing it in space programs. This essay agrees with the point that investing money in health facilities should be a priority.
Nowadays, governments in some countries critically invest in works of art, for instance, painted canvases and sculptures. I partially think this is good to spend money in this way because the work of art is important to other works.
It is often argued whether zoos are educational places or wrong to keep them in zoos. Even though there are some disadvantages for the animals, I completely believe that zoos are the excessively efficient places for people and also for the city.
For any country, government actions are the most important for its citizens. It is argued that government should not spend its budget on arts rather it should be put to good use for its people. I believe that governments should actively invest money in their people well being but they should not ignore the art industry altogether.
Many people believe that a person’s success is mainly obtained by good fortune. While I accept that luck might sometimes contribute to one’s achievement, I also believe that it is not the only way to prepare for someone’s accomplishment.
Is modern technology as beneficial as people claim it is? It is a widely debated topic that the rise in advanced devices aid people in exchanging information. I strongly agree that these developments can be advantageous to individuals for the reasons outlined below.
In this contemprory era, human lifestyle has changed and people might be in some bad situation to earn enough money to spend their daily living. Some people believe they are obliged to accept that situation but the others think they should try to get rid of the bad condition. I think that the second category’s idea is more acceptable.
Physical fitness is as important as breathing in the air. It is often argued by some people that gymming is necessary to remain fit, whereas, other opine that there are other ways by which a person can remain healthy such as walking, climbing stairs and doing other household activities. I believe that a person should do normal daily tasks to keep a body in its shape. In this essay, I shall discuss both points followed by my opinion.

It is argued that alcohol-promoting advertisements should be banned and some countries have already decided to consider such advertisements as illegal activities. This essay absolutely agrees with this decision, because those adverts impose the wrong perception of being cool for the younger generation and also hinder the process of giving up the alcohol addiction for those who are trying to quit it.
No one can deny that all metropolitans have a traffic problem, these days. Although there will be several reasons for traffic difficulties, there are some measures, that people and governments can take to tackle the problem.
All countries in the world have themselves mother language and some of them vanish every year. There are some people who believe that life will be convenient without several languages. I completely disagree, because the language is part of a culture and tourist industry.
