Paying all workers the same salary in a company promotes harmony and respect amongst colleagues. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Equal salary between the workmate in a company is beneficial for harmony and respect. I completely disagree with this statement because everyone has a different amount of responsibility and knowledge. Therefore, the same level of salary is not the sensible method in order to increase efficiency.

Nowadays, a growing number of people with health problems are trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting usual doctors. Do you think this is a positive or a negative development?

In recent years, there are more and more people are tending to take medicines and try famous treatment by themselves if they encountered health issues. Instead of making an appointment with their doctors. In my opinion, I consider there are some negative influences if people usually believe the treatments on the internet instead of professional suggestion from doctors.

Globalization is the undeniable truth of our modern society. Due to updated media and transportation systems, we can observe an unreal amount of interconnectivity in our world. Some folks believe that this sudden change would be the reason behind the loss of cultural identity. I partially agree with this argument.

Nowadays, online communications getting popular in workplaces and many peoples prefer to have official meetings using Teams and Zoom software rather than physical interaction. I believe that this is a positive development because it provides flexibility to attend and participate from any corner of the world. It is argued by some people that it is plausible to tell much about the character and culture of individuals from the clothes they wear. I totally agree with this statement because traditional clothes represent their culture and it is a non-verbal way to communicate.

However, I believe that there is no meaning of life without risks, another thing is the recession which attacks a lot of countries nowadays need to change people mentality and learn them how to take risks but with the right way. "Prevention is better tha cure". Researching and treating diseases is too costly so it would be better to invet in preventive measures. To what extent do you agree.

Healthcare systems around the world are burdened by the ever-growing population number of those with non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, which is more so for developed countries where food habits are much unhealthier compared to developing countries. This bares a huge cost on any economy and hence prevention is certainly better than cure however, research is required to determine the best treatment methods and this is a cost that cannot be avoided.

Some people claim that the extinction of particular plant and animal species is the major environmental problem, while others feel that there are other far more important problems. Although extinction of species shouldn't be overlooked, I agree with the later point of view because problems like global warming, deforestation, acid rain, etc are of extreme concerns on a global scale.

There is research shows that criminals have a low level of education. So, people think that is necessary to minimise crime by educating prisoners in prison, which means they can find employees when they back to society. I partly agree with it, and this essay will explain why.

Nowadays, part of citizens believes that to develop a wide range of skills in children the E-games help them in it, whereas universal sport can be much more effective in developing such type of skills argue by other.
