It is undeniable that participating in voluntary activities provides many advantages for students. This is the reason why many people suggest that these activities should be a compulsory part for graduation requirements. I personally agree with this viewpoint for many reasons, described in the following paragraphs.

It is considered by some recruiters that innovative people who have the ability to work independently is the best type of a person should have. While other believe that recruiting people with excellent teamwork skill who are able to follow instructions are the most suitable person for their company. In my opinion, each recruiter may have their own criteria, it depends on the kind of worker they need. However, I personally believe that a person with the ability to adapt and able to work in any circumstances is the best person who should be hired by companies.
