While it is widely claimed that the supply of fresh water should be rigorously controlled by the state, some argue that it should remain unregulated. Both points of view and the reason why I believe that the government should exert full control over freshwater will be elaborated on in this essay.

The best way to motivate employees is to increase their salary. Do you agree with this statement? Are there other ways to encourage employees to work better?

Over recent times, the mayority of companies find extremely useful to invest in motivational strategies to improve productivity among their staff. Some are of the idea that increasing salary is by far one of the most effective ways whereas others are of the notion that more innovative methods are worth cosidering. In my opinion, monetary incentives can be an excellent tool; however, it does not work in the long term.

It would appear that possessing a home is more crucial for most people in some countries rather than having a rental department or house. Some individuals are of the opinion that the fathers and mothers of children that are obese deserve to be reprimanded. This essay agrees with this view that the guardian of these fat children should be disciplined allowing them to grow to this size. The essay will first argue that the parents have a fundamental role in shaping a child's dietary habits and lifestyle and then, submit that only very few cases of obesity are beyond the control of the parents.

Few parents are of the opinion that these hours should be increased since teenagers have more than enough free time at home.
