In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In recent years, an increasing number of businessmen place emphasis on using different ways to produce attractive advertisements. Among these ways, focusing on telling customers that their products are new is the most common way. From my perspective, there are serval reasons behind this phenomenon, and it tends to a negative development.

The best way to develop road safety is to revised the age of drivers and regulate the road rules. I completely agree that the best way to improve road safety is to increase the minimum legal age level of the vehicle driver. Analyzing the seriousness of driving and risikness for others' lives, the age bar should be fixed accordingly will prove this.

Various factors lead to the determination of a person's situation with respect to job and money. There are views saying that it is normal to live a substandard life and not try to improve it.I absolutely disagree with this, people should try whatever is in their capacity to improve and keep getting better.A job that satisfies you and also pays you well is much better than doing an unworthy job.

It is commonly believed that occupation and earning play key roles in life and no one can deny it. However, in recent decades, we have witnessed that certain sport professionals have taken by far much more salaries than the majority of society. While some are of the opinion that this issue is justifiable, others feel quite opposie that this is unfair. In this essay, both views would be adderessed although I myself disagree that they earn great amounts of money.

“How art and culture valued to a country?” is always a big question to citizens and the government either. Every country has its own perspective. Even though some of them think that the public bank should not be spent for enhancing art and culture, others find it beneficial for us to support cultural activities. From my point of view, I think both sides have their right and it is acceptable.

Science and technology is the key sector for emergency situation of the society. Students who persue career in these field should be financed by government since it is totally devotated in public service. I totally agree that technological field is more critical and required more attention from government since they needed more practice in costly machinery and practical envirnment.

The ability to make decisions can be considered as one of the vital signs of maturity. Because it proves that the individual's personality is developed enough to choose the right path in life, even though some people believe that today, young people are better decision-makers, due to lifestyle changes, I am afraid I have to disagree with this belief for two critical reasons.

Fatal road accidents are becoming more common at present, killing the number of individuals every year, so some citizens come up with a solution that drivers should be reviewed periodically for their driving competencies instead of one-lifetime assessment and I think this will be more beneficial in terms of reducing casualties and crashes and going to discuss more the problem in this essay.

Transportation is necessary wherever you are located. Nowadays a lot of people go by walking or bicycle to their near destinations, ,,however when distances are larger they must find a way to transport if they do not own a car. There are diverse views to decide on which type of public transit should governments invest in, but the reality is that this could be influenced by the context of each country; mostly by its geography.

There are a lot of people who advocate for online learning with the aid of several programs. In my perspective , i voice for latter , in that i believe that e-learning’s drawbacks outweigh its benefits.
