What distinguishes young people from their parents' or grandparents' generation is a lack of physical exercise. Today's generation are spending far too long playing computer games, chatting aimlessly on social networking sites or simply watching TV, and too little time being active. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

People have different views as to whether lacking physical activity is the important factor to isolate younger people from their families. In my opinion, I completely agree with this statement, and the following example will be provided in order to support my point of view.

In the modern society, people tend to receive information and knowledge by several ways. Some experts believe that reading books give more benefits to the reader than those who getting information from watching TV or playing computer games. Personally, I agree that reading books give more potential to children than using other social media.

Each year many students graduate from their schools and enrol in university programmes which they find the most intriguing. However, controversial opinions have appeared. On one hand, people argued that a one year gap before starting an undergraduate study is necessary, while the other group suggests otherwise. However, in my opinion, a gap between these two states could be more beneficial.

In this contemporary world, there are huge advantages of knowing multiple foreign languages so some schools make foreign languages compulsory. In my perspective, I agree that children should be required to acquire other languages besides their mother tongue.
