In many co.operate sectors employees are open to sharing their opinion with their bosses on any particular issue, to produce a good outcome. But unfortunately, some people argue that taking decisions is the only responsibility of the team's head. In this essay, we will discuss both the view and I will articulate my opinion over this notion.

Although it is believed by some that being a college graduate is they key to securing a better job while others opine that possessing a good interpersonal skills and experience are necessary to obtain work.In my opnion,I consider that higher education enhances the chances of professionally settling down easily due to having more proficient and detailed knowledge of subjects.

Young generation is showing an immense admiration for populare media and sports celebrities these days although they are not perfect role models for them. In my opinion, I believe that this phenomenon has a negative impact on younger adults.

The discussion about whether people should seek the benefit from doing the same things by preventing changes in life or they ought to take risks as alteration is considered positively raises a thorny question in today's complex society. Although it can be argued that doing the same things is safe and easy for some reasons, I strongly believe that taking risks and making changes can give great chances to people.

Some people believe that research of medicines should be directly based on human trial. Is this the right way give your opinion and discuss its advantages and disadvantages.

Generally, medicine trials are performed on animals or by computer-based examination before applying on individuals, except those which are a non-serious impact on human beings. While, a certain group of people are in favour of all new trials should straightly apply to the end-users suffering from the disease, whereas, it has some pros and cons. However, I am fully disagreeing with the viewpoint of a direct test on human life.

Some companies give extra vacations to mans, when they become fathers. From my point of view, it is a positive trend. I guess, fathers should bring up their children as well as mothers do. This initiative will help women to stay mentally healthy. Furthermore, newborns will take fathers’ attention, which is necessary at this age.

Many scientists believe that now we can study the behavior of a three-years-old child to see whether they will grow up to be criminals.To what extend do you think crime is determined by human nature?Is it possible to stop children from going up to be criminals?

Some researchers hold a belief that an infant's behaviour could be judged whether he will have a violent fortune or not. Although the inherited traits play an important role in an individuals life, I believe that the future cannot be predicted as it is uncertain;however, other factors such as upbringing and quality of education provided to child matters. Also, in my opinion, young children can be encouraged to avoid criminal activities which will be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs with suitable illustrations.

Nowadays, in many countries, young people do not stay with their parents. Instead , they move to another place to work or study. In your opinion, is this a positive or negative trend?

In this day and age, in order to operate in this dog-eat-dog world, people’s lifestyles, living patterns, and family bonding have been changed enormously. Resultantly, adolescents, in recent years, are leaving their birthplace and parents so as to get better opportunities in the field of study or job markets, has come along with a number of upsides, together with downsides. However, I deem that moving to another place for doing well in life is more of a blessing on the grounds that it helps them become independent at an early age and know about the real nature of the world.

Students from disadvantaged families and rural areas are finding it difficult to get a university education in many countries. Some people believe that universities and authorities should help them so that they can get a university education. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In a large number of countries the world over, it is next to impossible for some students to achieve a university degree down to having a poor family background and living in the nook and cranny areas, resulting in producing many unproductive and unskilled workforce. Consequently, there has been, in recent years, a growing body of opinion in favour of helping those underprivileged students by governments and universities in order to get a tertiary education. Being a rational mind, I, too, assent to this notion, for I am of the view that highly educated citizens are considerate to be conducive to changing the fate and face of a country and becoming an independent nation.

Some people think that the best way to reduce the time spent in travelling to work is to replace parks and gardens close to the city center with apartment buildings for commuters, but others disagree. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about spending too much time on transportation to work, some even argue that it`s best to remove the public parks for apartments instead to solve this issue. My view is that this kind of replacement will do zero good on people who spend a long time travel to work.

Teenagers who commit serious crimes, such as burglary or murder, should be treated in the same way as adults who commit crimes. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this and give your own opinion.

A true justice system guarantees a balanced society with peace and protection for all its members. According to some people dealing with adolescent crimes differently have more advantages than treating them for their crimes in the same manner as adult criminals. Both viewpoints are discussed thoroughly before I share my own opinion at the end of the essay.

Currently, it is possible to note that folks are deciding to live by themselves in diverse nations. People have been more dedicated to their career and are becoming more independent. This might have a consequence in the forthcoming future, because of the decreasing of families' times together.

Rich countries should not employ skilled labour from poor countries, as the poor countries need the workers more. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Shortage of skilled labour in developing nations, caused by migration of people to developed countries, has raised the opinion that rich countries should not employ skilled workers from poor countries, as they are more required there. I agree with this view only to a certain extent because a nation does require trained professionals for growth, but we cannot undermine the right of a person to get a better work opportunity as well.

Nowadays, almost everyone is on one social networking site or another. Some people believe that there are a few downsides to posting personal details on social networking platforms. In my opinion, this is true to a great extent and I do not believe that the benefits of using social media eclipse the drawbacks.
