The question of whether people need to attain educational qualifications to achieve merits in life is a commonly debated topic. One side argues that these are a must, as most of the highest-paying professions in the job market requiring proof of several academic achiements from job applicants. Whereas the other side counters that success does not rely solely on this, and can be reached through other means. Whilst it may be true that educational merits can certainly boost one's chances of succeeding in life, it cannot be said that this is the only way to do so.

There is a trend of increasing amounts of consumer goods, which leads to environmental problems. What are the reasons for this trend? Give your own opinion and solutions. With the time demand for things increasing it does not illustrate any possibility of lowering it needs. The modern man does require more staff than ever before, which causes difficulties in delivering them in that extreme amount as well as cheap industrial production. In this essay, I will talk about why those wants have been raised, open a few reasons for that and a couple of potential solutions to eliminate the cause.

Obesity has become the most significant illness of this era. Fast food consumption has contributed significantly to its spread. A lot of obesity’s consequences are morbid like heart attacks, strokes and diabetes, therefore serious actions must be taken to tackle the rising number of obese individuals. One of the ways suggested to reduce its rate is to control unhealthy food by increasing taxes. This method has both pros and cons.

In this present era, there is a trend to develop modern houses in the colony. Some folks believe that the construction of the residences should follow the same pattern offer some advantages to maintaining the amenities of palace, while others disagree with this statement. In my opinion, although making the same houses in the operation offers some merits of maintaining uniformity in the general space. On the contrary, everyone has the right to build his shack as per his comfort and needs which will promote diversity in a community.
