Some individuals believe that nowadays is the best period of time to live on Earth, I agree with this claim to some extent, but if I had an opportunity to choose, I would like to live 500 years ago.

Some companies sponsor sport and sports stars as a way to advertise themselves. Some people think it is good, while others think there are disadvantages. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

A majority of giant companies prefer to advertise themselves by sponsoring prevalent sports teams and athletes. Whilst, certain individuals content the notion that such investments are beneficial in terms of fame and popularity, others have a contradictory opinion in which these sponsorships are considered detrimental. It is my contention that the benefit of an advertisement to the audience largely hinges on the promoting company and the product it advertises.

While some people argue that technology makes buying things easier nowadays, other people think the opposite. Both points of view have strong and weak arguments. However, I believe that there are more advantages to using modern technology to do shopping than drawbacks.

The question of whether parents should control their infants to prevent mistakes is a topic of contention. Advocates of this viewpoint argue that infants should have the freedom to make mistakes during their early development. However, I hold the belief that the most effective approach is to guide them through experiences rather than shielding them from every error.

Lately, a plethora of topics are being seriously discussed amongst various individuals and groups, and the prominent one is that everybody should donate a fixed amount of their income to support charity. With several arguments to support it, I firmly agree with the statement given. This essay will list the reasons for my preference.

One of the most prevalent trends in the contemporary world is the cumulative increase in social media connections for sending and receiving information. I do not agree with the people's thoughts because everyone uses digital platforms for their studies, businesses and meeting their family and friends. This stance will be proven by carefully analysing, why it does not have negative effects on society.

It’s argued that some college pupils are willing to study other subjects along with their main one, whilst others believe that what’s more essential is to use all their time and effort in studying for an educational qualification. This essay agrees that students should spend some amount of time taking additional classes on different subjects.

The number of humans in the world has increased substantially over the years, slowly but steadily turning into a massive environmental catastrophe. It is my own contention that although the excess population is one of the most concerning issues in the contemporary world alongside others like plastic waste and carbon emissions.

Some astrophysicists claim we should endeavour to contact alien civilizations that could potentially exist somewhere in the universe. However, other scientists are sceptical and advise against such attempts. This essay will discuss both perspectives in support of the latter.

The relocation of firms from megacities to the countryside is often perceived as a prospective solution to the escalating complications of housing and transportation in municipal centres. Although this trend entails some inevitable challenges for the corporations involved, I would argue that the benefits for both the urban and rural populations are more substantial.

In this technology-focused world, the use of gadgets has been increasing. Some might argue that restricting young kids from using their mobile phones during school time benefits children, while I believe otherwise that they are supposed to be able to access their devices during this time.

It is generally claimed that being happy depends on how much money a person earns. However, it is impossible to buy happiness. That is why, I truly believe that there are a few factors leading to feeling a sense of joy.

In contemporary times characterized by liberalism, the rapid expansion of supermarkets poses a significant threat to local businesses, potentially leading to the decline of local communities. The dominance of capital-centered ownership can exacerbate disparities between the rich and the poor.

Presently, many families live a nomadic life, constantly switching countries due to better employment opportunities. Whilst certain individuals claim that this might pose a threat to the juveniles, other people share a contradictory view. As a consequence of frequent relocations of families, I believe that children are exposed to merits and demerits concurrently.

While there is a widely held view among parents that competition should be instilled in children, with regard to the drawbacks of this trend, many people state that cooperation is more important in comparison to competition. In my viewpoint, although competitive behaviours can be useful for students’ future, cooperative habits play a more prominent role in their lives.

It is evident that there are split opinions regarding whether parents should control children to prevent making mistakes, meanwhile, others believe that they should have to be independent. I support the view that there is no justification for limiting own child.

There is a widely held view that every person should have old age savings for life after retirement since it is an individual responsibility. I totally agree with this statement and the reasons behind my thought will be discussed in the essay.

At the present time, it is publicly acceptable and some may say crucial to try your fortune in order to enhance your private life and working conditions in general. Naturally, typical actions may come with positive and negative consequences. However, I am convinced that irrespective of the results, risks are worth taking from time to time and I’m going to explore this topic in the following essay.

Some people are convinced that urban buildings play a vital role in preserving the cultural heritage and protecting property values. On the other hand, other people consider it as an approach to significantly mitigates creativity and prevents development improvement. In this essay, I will elaborate on both these views and conclude with my opinion.
