As a job seeker being interviewed by the Human Resource Development team of a company, questions that are too personal can be awkward to answer, such as hobbies, interests, or even marital status. When some people disagree with these personal matters being addressed, I strongly believe that some details of our background might be needed due to the making of an employee's work plan. This essay will run you through why personal questions should not be avoided to answer.
In recent decades, technology such as manufacturing robots and developing AI(Artificial intelligence) has brought many significant improvements to our lives. Yet, there remains some disagreement as to whether the overall effect of this technology, producing robots, has been positive or negative. While some people suggest that it will influence negatively society, I personally believe that the positive outcome of robots far outweighs its drawbacks.
In this 21st century, there are indeed a lot of TV programs with a variety of viewers; some of them might be exposed to many things for the very first time. For this reason, I personally agree that it would be very impactful for these tapes to feature important social issues as it can be an alternative way for people to get that knowledge. Nevertheless, I don't think that all programs should do the same thing since there are some of them that only aim to entertain the public, not educate them.
Some people think, that watching television instead of physically going somewhere like visiting our family can be very dangerous. I personally agree with this statement, as practising sociability is very important for the family community.
Management in some working or public areas has indeed banned smoking to keep the comfort of others in the same site. In response to that, this essay agrees that smoking prohibition should exist because cigarette smoke has been found to be one of the principal causes of illnesses and can disturb other portions of the public who prefer to be as far away as they can from the overall pollution of it.
Whilst many individuals like travelling and seeking new adventures as a way of challenging themselves, there is a group that refuses to leave their comfort zone. In my opinion, having new experiences is essential if someone wants to improve his interpersonal skills.
In the modern era, people, who live in this contemporary society, with stress-related issues have become relatively common compared to the past. For this phenomenon, there might be complicated causes of this issue such as heavy pressure from work and study and a high level of anxiety from competitions. However, fortunately, there would be possible solutions to address the issue.
It is common for the elderly to relocate to retirement homes where they can be assisted and taken care of by nurses and other medical professionals. These establishments, however, are not free and someone must pay for them. In some cases, the family will make said contribution. Other times, it is the state who must pay for this care. Since not every senior has a family who can afford these expenses, I think it is a good idea for the authorities to take over when necessary.
There is a widely held view that the reduction of salary inequality between the rich and poor public is responsible for a happy resident. Living styles and social behaviour depend on this difference. I totally agree with this statement and the reasons behind my thought will be discussed in the essay.
It has been argued that there is not enough household waste, leading some to advocate for the imposition of mandatory recycling programs by governments. While I support that governments should enforce recycling laws on households, legislation alone may not be sufficient to instigate a significant shift in recycling behaviour.
Some people argue that it will be worthwhile for youngsters to know distinct between good and bad work in their childhood and they suggest that punishment needs to be imposed to guide students in the right direction. I disagree with this phenomenon that harsher punishments like physical hurts would not address the issue well and bearable punishments like not talking with them for a while and disallowing them to play can be effective.
Nowadays, television is undoubtedly one of the most convenient modes of delivering infotainment. It has significantly impacted the lives of people by taking chunks of time from their daily routine life. It has been argued that television has started threatening the future of the family and society as well as minimising the instinct of the community. This would be proven by analysing the consequences of an unrealistic way of living being telecasted on TV channels as well wastage of precious moments while watching TV.
Technology has infiltrated almost all aspects of our lives, immensely integrated with the educational system. Whilst certain individuals claim that technological tools bear a pivotal significance for juveniles to generate better results at schools, other people view this change as a threat to the existing studying methodology. It is my own contention that the usefulness of a digital tool is predominantly dependent on personal whims and preferences, creating value or anti-value.
It is claimed that some students take a gap year to travel from graduation from school or university, before a new important chapter in their life. However, others believe it is just a waste of time, so more effective would be not to miss 12 months and start studying or working straight away. From my point of view, the first option is a great opportunity to get to know yourself and understand what you really want in this life.
A great number of the population find it believable that teachers will be replaced by robots in the future. I ultimately disagree with this statement.
Some people argue that economic growth is the only solution to ending poverty and food insecurity, whereas others think that it has detrimental effects on the environment and therefore should be ended. In my perspective, both viewpoints are correct, but stopping it completely would not be a wise choice.
In this era, despite purchasing non-essential items and renewing old ones with new ones is also unneeded, many people still intend to carry out this behaviour. The major reason behind this is the influence of media. However, in my opinion, this trend is a negative thing as it has adverse impacts.
Environmental pollution has been a major contributor to the climate change. Some people think that organisations as well as people have contributed to this impurity. Thus, both parties should contribute to the cost of cleaning up instead of the authorities. I personally believe that it should be a collective effort by all of them. My opinion will be discussed in the following paragraphs with a suitable conclusion.
