The real estate market is a fluent entity ,prices vary throughout decades , in some countries it is important to own a property instead of renting I consider that home possession is positive whether for the owners or the country .

There are controversial opinions about whether material possessions may give happiness or not. In my opinion, objects are unlikely to provide some real happiness, but they are certainly useful to get over difficult moments and situations.

In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build homes there. What is the opinion about this?

The construction of new houses is becoming an essential part of everyone's life. But building houses in the countryside is affecting our environment, wildlife and humans as well. This essay will provide an opinion that how building houses In the countryside can affect many things badly.

In this contemporary era, some societies state that arduous to express their opinion in front of other people. Unfortunately, it will interfere with both their social and professional lives. Nowadays, there is an increasing trend that employees are entitled to a flexible working mode by their companies. From my perspective, I think that its advantages outweigh its disadvantages, which will be demonstrated with relevant support in this essay.

Technology has made simpler Ways to find information regarding various subjects and finally,the dependents on the library reduced. Although, there are individuals who opine that libraries are not necessary in this present world. In this essay, I will state my clear opinion with valid reasons.

These days, discipline in educational platforms is indispensable part due to imposing laws on educators. Some people strongly recommend fixed penalties for misdeeds, meanwhile, others insist the bases behind every felony must be taken into account when granting retribution. In the contemporary era. With the thriving prevalence of advertising, there are many views that say its effects positively enhance our lives. Personally, i partly agree with this perspective.

The following essay will present two reasons to corroborate this viewpoint.

In today's world, with the growing ,population the rate of anti-social elements also increased. Every day we see lots of articles in magazines and newspapers about murders, robberies, suicides, rapes etc. One school of thought are of the opinion if individuals commit such crimes then the community is responsible and another group descends the same. However, I found myself agreeing with the statement and consider society to be responsible for increasing malfeasance.

Some people said that you can’t be successful at a sport if you don’t have natural ability,However others believe that if you’re a hard-working person and you start to practise. It can make you successful. In this essay I will discuss both sides then I will move on to give my own view.

These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development?

Before, most mothers stayed at home to manage the house while fathers went out to work. But today, this tendency has been reversed. This inversion can be explained by the multiple years of fight led by women to get similar rights as men. And I definitely think that the fact that right now mothers can have a job at the same level as fathers and do not just stay at home, is a positive development.

Schools should not force children to learn a foreign language. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

It is true that some people argue that a foreign language should not be one of the compulsory subjects studied in schools. While I believe that it is useful for schoolchildren to learn a foreign language, I completely agree that they should not be forced to do so. On the one hand, it will benefit the education of most children if they are encouraged to learn a foreign language during their school years. Firstly, through studying the terminology they will learn about the culture of that country, and some schools even arrange exchange visits, to enable students to briefly immerse themselves in the culture of the foreign country whose language they are learning. Secondly, children can access information in another dialect. For example, if they are studying English, they can enjoy websites which are only available in English on any topic in which they are interested. There is a debate on how a state should allocate funds to roads instead of railways. In my opinion, both modes of transportation should be considered by the executive authority when it comes to spending as each conveyance appeals to different masses and has its respective benefits.

Q. The government should ban smoking in all public places, even though this would restrict some people's freedoms. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer.

No doubt, smoking is not good for health and some people still have huge interest in this however lawmakers have to ban smoking in local areas even though this would limit the independence of some individuals. Personally ,I agree with this statement and in this ,essay I briefly explain my viewpoints along with examples in forthcoming paragraphs.
