Nowadays, it is provided by both public and private schools in most countries. Some people believe that only government must be in charge of supplying education and that private schools should be prohibited. However, there are some special circumstances where private education can be encouraged. In this essay, I will discuss both sides using relevant supporting evidence and examples, and I will give my opinion.

It should be encouraged to use some different forms of transportation and to control automobile ownership and their usage, and global laws must be established. This essay agrees with the statement since cars are one of the objects that produce CO2 compounds. Furthermore, if we don't solve this problem, every time the streets could be more crowded and the traffic may be worst.
