Certain groups today have argued that these day people are becoming more dependent on other people and focused on their own desires, while others believe that some individuals tend to become more independent. I believe that some people have some limitations to doing something not only financial problems but also family commitments.

Computer games are very popular for all ages and nationalities. Parents think this has little educational value and it will be harmful for children. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Computer games are becoming more advanced and complex with the rise in technology. As a result, its popularity is growing among people of ages. Although, I personally agree with the opinion of parents when it comes to the lack of benefits CPU gaming brings to young children.

In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasize that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Nowadays, more and more companies decide to focus on the new points of their products when making advertisements. There are several reasons that can explain why this is the case. In my opinion, this status quo tends to bring more drawbacks than benefits to our society.

It has been suggested that everyone in the world wants to own a car, a TV, and a fridge. Do you think the disadvantages of such a development outweigh the advantages?

Nowadays, with the growth of technology, many machines are invented for human activities such as vehicles and flights. Divergent as people's views on this issue in question may be, although there are obvious disadvantages to this development, I believe that there are outweighed by the advantages.

Some people think that the best way to increase road safety is to increase the minimum legal age for driving cars or riding motorbikes. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some individuals argue that the most effective approach to mitigate traffic collisions is to increase the minimum age at which individuals drive. While I agree that this method will be more advantageous in some aspects, I believe that harder punishments are considerably more effective and are already in place in several nations.

Although more and more people read news on the Internet, newspapers will remain the most important source of news for the majority of people. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is becoming increasingly common for the public to gain information through the Internet. However, newspapers become a second option for getting news in society. I am firmly convinced agree that the internet become the most used by the public to reach for news for two main reasons.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinctions. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour to children?

Human personality and characteristic traits develop as early as childhood. At this stage, it is important for parents to instruct their children on what is the right way to do things and what is wrong. Generally, there are variable views regarding whether youngsters should be punished to differentiate between good and bad actions or not. Although I am strictly against children being severely punished, I believe that some sort of punishment is still needed to encourage good behaviour during their young ages.

In some countries, small town-centre shops are going out of business because people tend to drive to large out-of-town stores. As a result, people without cars have limited access to out-of town stores, and it may result in an increase in the use of cars. Do you think the disadvantages of this change outweigh its advantages?

It is sometimes argued that people preferred to buy something in a large out-of-town store instead of stores in the town. Due to this, the rate of car use also is steadily increasing. In my opinion, the disadvantages really outweigh the benefits in terms of the economical and environmental influence.

Climatic changes have opposing views about their benefits and disadvantages in regard to business life.Some suppose that those changes have a negative impact on work.While others are convinced that this could be a key for furthermore investments. Both views will be demonstrated in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Poverty is a worldwide problem .In this modern ,world there are many nations that require help from other countries which would help the poorer nations to improve. I, believe it has more advantages than disadvantages.

The increased number of obese children in society is concerning, and that lead to some people to believe that the government is accountable for this trend. However, I would argue that it is not the government to blame nor the parents, since they do not have control over their children at school or the food they eat.

There has been a debate among caregivers where some believe it is their responsibility to teach their offspring how to behave whereas others have thought that this should be learned at school. Both views are discussed further along with my point of view.

In recent years, there has been a trend towards media reports focusing on problems and emergencies rather than positive developments. In my opinion, this trend is harmful to individuals and society as it can create a sense of fear and anxiety, and lead to a distorted view of reality.

It is a natural process for animal species to become extinct (e.g. Dinosaurs, dodos …) There is no reason why people should try to prevent this from happening. Do you agree or disagree?

In the modern day, it is argued whether or not people are responsible for protecting animal species from extinction. Although it may be true that people do not need to intervene in the extinction of animals, I believe that there are some reasons to protect them.

Nowadays, it is believed that if we want a contribution to society, paying taxes is enough. Meanwhile, others oppose this statement and argue that as a citizen we should have more responsibilities to involves in social issues. As we know that taxes are the main support for a country's development, however, to make a better community, we need not only money but also other things which will elaborate in this essay.

There is a controversy about the method to help the developing world. Some people think that financial aid from advanced countries is enough. However, I firmly believe that providing poorer countries with money is a lack to tackle their situations.

It is believed that parents should be disciplined owing to their wrongdoing as their children to be paradigms for their offspring. The following paragraphs will analyze different aspects of this matter before providing the perspective that I advocate for.

In some countries, possessing a house is seen as an essential aspect of life and often a life-long dream. But this, in my opinion, is not necessarily a positive situation. While there are some advantages to owning a home, there are also significant drawbacks to this mentality.

It is better to buy just a few expensive clothes, rather than lots of cheaper clothes. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, people's interest has been increasing to buy new clothes either expensive or cheaper. Although it is sometimes believed that buying a few expensive clothes is much better compared to buying more cheaper clothes. In my opinion, I agree that people are benefited in a number of ways from buying a few branded clothes.

Some school leavers go travelling or work for a period of time instead of going directly to university. Do you think this has more advantages or disadvantages for their study?

Along with the development of the modern era, where the mindset grows a lot, many school graduates prefer postponing their studies to enrol in university. They take a gap year for both going to work and travelling. I think that this option brings more benefits to outweigh the shortcomings. The details will be addressed in this essay.
