Nowadays, the conservation of traditional cultures has become a heated topic across the world, particularly around how to prevent the traditions from disappearing. While some argue that commercialising these cultural norms is the only means, others believe that they should not be exploited as money-making tools. From my perspective, both arguments have some valid points and we should enable a balanced approach to protect our cultural relics.

While I acknowledge that academic subjects play a crucial role in shaping future careers, I believe hands-on experiences are more important for teenagers to lead a fulfilling life.

It has recently been argued whether the practice of living independently from parents which often occurs among university goers, offers great benefits or a disastrous way of living. In some nations, students go to universities to study while they are living with their families, whereas others go to universities far away from their homes and live alone. Despite the high grades that they might get and the comfort that students feel when they are living with their families, I believe that living alone allows them to be more independent and gives them more experience and knowledge about life.

Art education has long been regarded as a non-essential subject in the curriculum, it was always overshadowed by core subjects like science and mathematics. However, it is considered by some people that it is smooth for skilled learners to excel in other subjects as they are good at adapting to new things. I completely agree with this notion and that educating art to the pupil should be made mandatory in educational institutions.

There is no denying the fact that reading books and newspapers is important, either to get news or to expand knowledge. While it is a commonly held belief that because of the development of technology, most people will tend to read online rather than buy newspapers or books, there is also an argument that opposes it. From my perspective, I tend to believe that reading online has valuable sources and has become revolutionized these days.

As we grow up, we are influenced by many things around us. Of course, your hometown is also one of them. In this essay, we are going to find out the pros and cons of my personality and connections to growing up in my hometown. First, I'll introduce my hometown. My hometown is called Ichon-dong, which is located in Seoul, Yongsan-gu. Ichon-dong is also known as an affluent area and I grew up in a wealthy family. This background affected my personality and perspectives in many ways.

While family provides the foundation of their own children's values and behaviours, there are many factors in which social media, peers and education play the main role in their overall personality and life skills. This essay agrees with this idea due to the reason of the pivotal contributions of families and examines how outside overshadows domestic support in many aspects of adolescents' growth.
