Nowadays, renting an apartment is not a vital decision in comparison with having an own house or a flat. In this essay, the main causes of this phenomenon and my opinion will be discussed.
While some believe History as a subject is essential, others argue that Science and Technology are more important than History. This essay will discuss both views and provide my own opinion regarding the above statement.
