It is essential for some nations to possess their own home rather than rent one. I believe determining the causes of this matter has several significant effects on people’s lives.

Some people believe that nowadays we have too many choices. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

In this day and age, there is a wide range of options available including restaurants, educational institutions, and retail stores. Hence, there is contention over whether our society has too many selections to opt for. I disagree with the view of too many choices in today’s modern society, as it can bring a great deal of benefits to our lives such as enhancement of the responsiveness to customers’ needs and the quality of products.

Nowadays, many businesses have been branching out into overseas, as a result of which people can purchase any similar products regardless of their location. While it may pose a threat to domestic companies, this will bring greater benefits to individuals, encompassing broadening an array of accessible options as well as their understanding of other cultures.

Smoking is banned in open places in many nations at present and a large number of people consider that the ruling party should be banished smoking completely. I strongly agree with this tendency because it causes health issues and is expensive.

Health is paramount, irrespective of an individual's age, gender, or origin and so, healthcare experts always stress its significance in daily routine. Regardless, many healthcare professionals find that older people do not heed their advice concerning exercise. In my opinion, this is due to practical concerns, and the best encouragement would be through government initiatives. I shall be expanding on this perception in the following paragraphs.

Advanced technologies have become a trigger for people to leave studying handwriting skills. Otherwise, people consider that is still crucial as consideration on a fundamental skill that supports cognitive development. My own view on the matter is handwriting skills are important to enlarge the knowledge of writing and cognitive development.

In the past few decades, there has been a tremendous increase in the number of politicians prioritising economic output. On one hand, there are those who argue that economic advances are pivotal to a country and its population's well-being. However, critics, including myself, strongly oppose this view and instead believe that other sectors, such as healthcare, are more vital/crucial/essential to a country’s development.

Studying hard is an essential skill for achieving success in life. It is argued by some people that full-time students enrolled in universities must invest most of their time in their studies. However, in my opinion, showing interest in other activities is also a significant approach to get other benefits.

Higher education provides various majors and subjects for every student to pursue. It is often discussed that the majority of boys rather choose to study science while girls prefer to study arts. I believe there are multiple reasons for this phenomenon that will be demonstrated in this essay below.

It is clear that there are many discussions about sharing household tasks such as cleaning and caring baby equally between males and females because of increasing women's working time. I completely agree that housework must be shared between them.

It seems to me that, being overweight is not only by food but also due to human habits. I will shed light on my opinion in the following essay.

There is a controversial issue regarding the neglect of the main purpose of traditional or religious festivals in recent times, with the focus shifting more towards mere enjoyment. While, I agree that the emphasis on happiness has increased during festival times, I do not completely believe that the true meaning of those festivals has been forgotten.

In the future, everyone will no longer purchase physical newspapers or books since they will be able to access everything they want without costing them any money through the internet. I, hereby, cannot entirely agree with those who have that statement as not all the things online are free and the sense of reading physical materials is different.

It is stated that diseases which are related to stress are becoming more and more popular at the present time. There are two main factors, namely modern city life and working habits that contribute to this. The aim of this essay is to delve into these factors and offer some solutions.
