Rewarding student helps to motivate them for better performance, education is supposed to be all around in terms of academic achievement and extra curriculum pursuits. Some people believe that it is more significant for the authority of schools to award students for academic excellence than to reward students who do well in arts or sports. I believe that both achievements, whether academic or nonacademic deserve motivation because rewarding is a must and should be done to help motivate students as well as students making career choices because of the encouragement they had from doing well in sports and arts.

Recycling is one of the controversial issues we have nowadays. There are some people who believe that recycling should be important for individuals while others think that the government should take responsibility for recycling. In the following essay, I will discuss both viewpoints and elaborate on the reasons why I believe both statements are true.

I agree with the statement that there is a lot of pressure on the young generation today to succeed academically. some people believe that non-academic subjects, physical activities and cookery should be removed from the syllabus so students can focus on their academic careers but I personally don't agree with this.

In contemporary times, there are individuals who argue that governments inefficiently spend funds on the arts, proposing that those resources could be better utilised in alternative areas. Although investing in supporting other services makes sense, I partially disagree with this opinion because I believe art is essential to our lives.

It is often assumed that as consumerism grows, people become more concerned with owning new items rather than protecting the environment, leading to today's 'throw-away' culture. In my opinion, I firmly agree with this statement due to the fact that rapidly changing trends will casually force people to do so.

On-the-job training and courses have become increasingly popular nowadays. Although some occupations require a certain level of higher education degrees, some people believe that work-specific training is essential. With technological advances, it has become easier these days to shop with a click of a button. Consequently, the number of worldwide buyers has increased drastically to around 3 million active shoppers daily. This phenomenon has drastically influenced everybody's shopping conduct. I strongly believe that the Internet has resulted in a huge change in people's shopping habits. However, this change is not only contributed to technology, but also to some other internal factors like mental and psychological disorders.

This recent years, travelling around the world has never been more convenient due to the cheap flights that airline companies are advertising. This led to an increase in air traffic as well as pollution. However, some people believe that this still could be mitigated if the government will increase the tax. In my opinion, this is just one way to control the negative effects of constant air travel.

It is true that excessive ingestion of food can be detrimental and promotion of some food items must be prohibited. I completely agree that taking such measures will help prevent overeating.

Unlike our ancestors who keep pets for practical usages, such as hunting or guarding houses, however, many pet owners nowadays treat their pets as part of their families, in some countries, there are regulations to declare the obligation of being a pet owner. In my perspective, despite some suggesting that animals should serve humans to create a more convenient environment, there are more advantages derived from the trends of treating pets as family members.

In years to come no one will purchase printed presses or magazines, since they will be able to access all things on the internet for free. From my point of view, I strongly believe that in the coming ,years everyone will be using the internet to acquire information rather than using hard copies.

In the future, there will be some plans that prisons are going to be a place for educating, teaching, and learning by improving their quality with facilities such as computers and new technologies. Some individuals believe that providing prisoners with these up-to-date opportunities makes prisons a place that needs to be more punisher, and prisoners feel like they are on holiday and spending their spare time. However, personally, I completely disagree with this opinion because I hold the view that anything that could improve prisoners' abilities and skills brings them to the next level and makes them better people, and also it can influence the whole atmosphere circulating and stops lots of crimes happening at prisons.
