In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

In this fast-moving globalised world, a house is considered a place where people can feel peace and happiness. Therefore, in certain nations, it is argued that owning a home is more crucial than renting one. From my perspective, even I believe that having your own house is more promising than renting one because it is considered a good investment and creates a sense of fulfilment in an individual's life.

Many people these days travel far for work or spend more hours working. Does this trend have more advantages or disadvantages? What do you think about work-life balance?

In modern times, employees' quality of jobs is debatable, such as long-distance work for business or overworking, which could be merits for employers. However, when it comes to work-life balance, I believe that it could be a disadvantage because this trend puts a burden on their employees. This essay will discuss the negative consequences of this tendency and explain why work-life balance is important.
