Nobody can deny that we live in an unusual era in which we have a new economy and human needs increase. Therefore, a lot of people in countries around the world believe The fact that a person owns a building is more essential than the fact that they can rent a residence. From my perspective, I consort half with the above notion. Despite the benefits of homeownership, it also has several drawbacks. In the essay, I am going to explain all the details.

Smoking is popular nowadays, and while some people think it should be regulated to banned, other individuals are against it. In this essay, I will discuss both reasons with examples to get a clear understanding.

In this current era, digital evolution is gradual. This results in increased usage of automation technology. I strongly agree with this view, as it helps people to travel as a passenger and also acts as a beneficiary that renders a chance for an individual to own a car without acquiring driving knowledge beforehand. Elderly people are important for every nation, although some think that government intervention is needed to assist their funds during retirement, while some individuals believe the elderly should have saved their income to take care of themselves. I believe older people should save their income during their employment, and government support is also needed for them.

I saw that the question contains two premises. The first premise is countries are becoming more similar, and the second one is the people now using the same product globally. I think that this is a good sign for mankind, I will explain below why I think that this can be a great opportunity for us in order to create a better world.
