Interviews as the most popular way for the majority company in selecting candidates in recent years. In other words, the interview is the most common way for people to get a job. Nevertheless, this could not be the only way to source perfect candidates for a company. This essay is going to discuss a few ways to recruit new employees.
It is believed by certain individuals that newspapers are the most appropriate way to fetch news, while others are of the opinion that alternative media options are more useful. Although both the options have their own merits; in my understanding, it is beneficial to go by the former.
Some people agree that remote work from home is more efficient for most employees rather than spending this time getting to work. Others hold the opposite point of view. Undoubtedly, there are both pros and cons regarding this situation, which I will speak about in this essay.
It is sometimes argued that the likelihood between different nations is becoming more common due to the availability of some goods everywhere in the world. Personally, I think it would be a positive trend and I will support my point through examples in this essay.
In this modern world, industries and manufacturing companies make advertisements to sell a brand. Half of the people believe It has, a beneficial effect on people and a number of more hate the trend. I believe advertisements have both good and bad sides. This essay is going to elaborate on the reasons.
Having a strong relationship with some people that they are not in their family is the best way to spend life,however sometimes many of the friends have different personalities so others are in the same position as each other. I agree with people who prefer to be in touch with equal perspectives because there are more times and more favourite recreational activities.

Many nations have adopted plastic bags in order to preserve food and drink and this phenomenon has become widespread among nutrition businesses. Despite the importance of these containers in keeping food and drink from waste, I would argue that the drawback of widely consuming these materials can be catastrophic for the environment and human health.
Students around the world have various ideas about learning materials in universities. It is argued by some students that they want to learn other materials alongside their major materials. However, other students believe that it is important for us to concentrate on our lessons. There are some rational arguments on both sides of this contentious topic which will be discussed in detail. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that one-track-minded students might not be a successful person in their lives.
In recent years, there has been a growing debate about education methods. Some opine that studying through entertainment has numerous benefits for students than reading books, although others argue that such a trend brings potential downsides. Personally, I believe that the advantages of learning from media far outweigh the drawbacks.
Nowadays, poverty is on the rise in developing countries. Developed countries constantly give enormous of support either in the form of money or food. However, the method does not solve the problem of poverty in poor countries. I strongly agree there are many ways to contribute to overcoming the poorness issues besides rendering the financial aid and the reasons will be explained in the paragraph below.
Nowadays, it is becoming common for men to get high-level positions in companies even though there is more than a half per cent female in many developed countries. However, corporations should allocate a certain proportion of these positions to women. In fact, I firmly agree with this statement for 2 main reasons.
It is commonly accepted that the society and educational system have changed significantly from the old era when it was almost impossible for a girl to study in a university while only boys were allowed to do so. Now a girl can enrol to a university at her wish and merit. In many universities, female enlistment exceeds that of male students in many subjects. I oppose the idea of granting the same number of male and female enlistment in every subject offered in an academy bypassing the merit list.
In this day and age, thinking independently has become an integral part of teenagers' lives and it has been exerting a profound influence on their minds. Yet when it comes to whether to follow older people, people hold conflicting views. Some assert that young people should follow the example of the older, while others are opposed to this viewpoint. This essay discusses both sides of the argument and then I will give my own perspective, which is that teenagers should question the thinking of older people.
Modern technology has made it very easy to access anything over the internet, young generation loves to keep themselves entertained by playing games available online. These days young people prefer to play extreme games which contain violent content and some people think that could be the reason for spiked crime rates and the violent nature of the urban areas around the globe. This essay will discuss, relative discussion and provide a relevant example to support the sentence.
It cannot be denied that staying with parents or not has become a crucial aspect of contemporary days. Some people are of the view that leaving home earlier is the best option, whereas, others do not. In this essay, I will discuss both views and provide my opinion.

People debate regarding the convicts who committed harsh crimes and whether they should be sentenced to a lifetime prison term or released on parole after some time. From my perspective, excluding the bloodthirsty minority, every individual in prison has to be provided with an opportunity to restore normal life within society. I will support this view with arguments in the following paragraphs.
It is believed that adolescents study a large upstanding behaviour from books or movies instead of daily life experiences. From my point of ,view I strongly disagree with this idea. Although films and books are convenient to learn, real-life experiences have more benefits.
In this era, if there is no television, humans find it very difficult to know the current problems around the world.While it is considered by some that TV is only useful for entertainment, there are others who believe that it is just for educational purposes. The following paragraph of this essay will discuss both views and give my opinion.
