There are differing opinions regarding whether individuals should stick to the same job throughout their careers or switch jobs frequently. Some believe that staying in the same job for a prolonged period enables individuals to master their craft, resulting in greater job security and financial stability. Others argue that changing jobs frequently brings diverse experiences and opportunities, enhancing one's skills and increasing their chances of finding their dream job. In this essay, both viewpoints will be discussed, and a personal opinion will be provided.

People with 10 or more years' experience are far more knowledgeable than people still in their twenties. It is therefore logical that employees should always choose older people over young people for work. What are your opinions on this?

A large workplace has a varying age demographic. Those with 10 or more years of experience are seen as mentors to those younger than them and some feel that they should be picked over others. In this essay, I will discuss why some believe that it is better to hire an experienced workforce over a newer one and why it can be detrimental.

Population from rural and poor areas have been struggling to find a university education, mostly due to economic and social development factors. I fully endorse this statement and will provide relevant ideas to support my decision.

I would suggest that improving the existing transportation is better because it is already there.
