Fitness plays a pivotal role in everybody's life to be healthy. Some communities believe that joining a gym or health club and avoiding stress in their life are the finest ways to be fit both mentally and physically. In my view, I agree with the given statement moreover, In this essay, I will discuss some reasons to be fit and then I will some relevant examples.

children always love to do activities in which they are interested if parents encourage the children to do what they are desire to do then they can improve their imagination and skills.
