Although many people value their public parks, this space could be better used for other purposes such as residential areas for the ever growing population or to develop business and boost economics To what extent do you agree or disagree with this?

In this contemporary world, urbanization has gained immense popularity, and the greenery is declining in cities. Many public opine that the places occupied by the government parks should be replaced for meeting the ever-growing housing demand or utilized for business developments. This essay is in discord with the given statement as there are manifold reasons to substantiate it.

Many believe living in big cities comes with more advantages than residing in the countryside. Do you agree or disagree with this?

These days living in an urban location is becoming increasingly prevalent. The vast majority of individuals asserted that it is more advantageous to dwell in an urban area than in villages. I am in complete accord with the given ideology and the reasons for my opinion would be elucidated in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Whether the experience that children gained while they are nursed at home and, later, educated at preschool plays a superior role in their further life compared to the one they absorb directly at school period causes debates among experts. I personally believe that both views are equally important in moulding one’s personality that certainly defines his or her destiny.

University students always focus on one specialist subject, but some people think universities should encourage their students to study a range of subjects in addition to their own subject. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is widely held that undergraduates should always focus on a subject in which they are specialised. However, others seem to believe that they should be encouraged by the universities to learn a wide variety of subjects other than their specialist ones. In my opinion, I partly agree with this statement and claim that although concentrating on one subject is favourable for students' academic performance, a different field of study is beneficial for pragmatic application.

In some countries, students pay their college or university fees, while in some others, the government pay for them. Do you think the advantages that government pays the money outweigh the disadvantages?

In these present days, in some places, the government pays the college or university fees for the students while other countries, students have to pay on their own. From my point of view, I strongly believe that the government should pay the money for the student are more advantages than disadvantages. In the following paragraph, the reasons to support my opinion will be outlined in detail before the conclusion is reached.

Oil has been used around the world for many years ,however it is preposterous that some people think oil is sustainable. Because of global warming, we need to find alternative sources of energy such as solar, wind, etc . In this essay, I will explain my reasoning in regards to a possible replacement for oil.

Nowadays advertisements filled almost every aspect of our life, from online surfing to gigantic billboards, people have been influenced both consciously and subconsciously. While I agree advertisements have their benefits, overall this is a negative tendency.

Many manufactured food and drink product contain high level of sugar, which causes many health problems. Sugary product should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree?

A large number of factory-made goods are high in sugar, which contributes to plenty of health issues. One way to deal with such a problem is to increase the price of these products for customers to discourage them from using them. I personally presume that raising the cost of sugar-based commodities can be encouraging people to use them less as well as motivate them to have more healthy habits. This essay will discuss the reasons for that.

It is believed by some that in order to improve safety on the roads the government should create strict rules for drivers, which will include hard punishments; others think, that there are other ways to reduce car accidents. In my opinion, strict punishments should exist, since traffic accidents can even lead to death, but it should not be the only method to decrease the number of accidents.

In contemporary society, development technology that people easily obtain and use credit cards. While many folks are not difficult to return their indebtedness to some extent, I still believe possessing credit cards is more beneficial for users.

Nowadays, the younger generation while away from their time at shopping centres. Some folks take a negative view of this phoneme. In their opinion, it will bring drawbacks to the younger community and furthermore, affect society adversely. Below, I will illustrate how much I disagree with these points of view.

The Prominent technique for enhancing and developing an individual's physique is considered to be a daily workout. In my opinion, I disagree that regular physical activities are not the sole element in a person's fitness but there are also various other factors which are very essential to be followed for personal wellbeing.

Nowadays, technology has been growing rapidly and it affects people's life both negatively and positively. There are some people who prefer to utilize their leisure time by doing something productively such as working out, reading a book etc, while others like to stay home and just watch television. I definitely agree with the statement that the majority of people spend their spare time entertaining themselves via TV which impacts their health.

It is extensively held that as consumerism rises, individuals are more worried about possessing new products rather than protecting the environment, contributing to a ‘throw-away’ culture in the present society. In my opinion, I firmly agree with this statement due to the fact that the fast-paced development of the world and continually changing trends have unintentionally forced people to accept this habit.
