There is no denying fact that the phenomenon of maternity leave is ubiquitous across the globe due to its paramount importance. One school of thought opines that it is worthiness, however, the other considers that a couple of problems also occur because of the same. Although they have a plethora of merits yet numerous demerits are also there which will be elaborated on in the upcoming paragraphs.

Nowadays, technology is growing faster and driverless car technology is at the deployment stage. It is widely accepted that staff need to broaden their knowledge in terms of staying current in the development of the world. Being able to keep themselves to compete in the world, updated learning and training are the required skills. It is argued that those improvement courses should be paid for by the company while others prefer it is upon the employees. Some individuals suggest that the government and the general public should make efforts to preserve and refurbish historical monuments and cultural buildings regardless of how much money they cost. Although I agree that historical obelisks and buildings are the cultural heritage of any country and it is essential to protect and improve them, I also believe that there are a number of heated problems that are needed to address first.

Many people think the increase in fuel prices will let down people to fuel and will solve the increased environmental hazards but the doesn’t look feasible to me and totally disagree with this. I opine to start using electric, solar vehicles and machines instead of using those machines which use fossil fuel.

In today’s developing world, raising a child becomes more difficult day by day. According to the given idea, in order to teach this ability, punishment is a valid method. I do not agree with this opinion; however, this could be applied in some rare cases.
