There is a funny idea that at every age a person is, he believes that if he were at another age, he could be happier. For example, teenagers may think that adults are glad, whereas adults believe that youngsters are. This essay is supposed to discuss this issue.

People face far greater risks in the modern way of life than they did in the past. How far do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is often argued that people face greater risks in this modern world compared to ancient times. I strongly agree with this statement and I think that due to advancements in technology along with the invention of social media apps and sites, development in industries is at great risk for individuals.

It is argued that people are judged these days by how much money they have rather than their morals and character. I totally agree with this statement. well educated people are skilled professionals and they get high salaries for their own talent. On the other hand, work experience is also a key to achieving greater positions in the company to get high wages. In the following essay, my opinion is in favour of a degree as the education to get successful.

Many years ago, the preparation of meals, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, was a task assigned to a housewife. That is why the science of food is considered by many as a minor task, to which students should not pay too much attention. Others, however, have finally realised how important culinary studies are. This essay will discuss both views and explain why in my opinion it is preposterous to think of this millenary art as a waste of time.

It is thought by some people that all kinds of crimes should have their own punishment; However, others argue that the criminals should be included in the procedure of deciding on the punishment relying on the situation. Hence, we will examine both sides of the argument before reaching a reasonable conclusion.

The act of paying an entrance fee for visiting some museums has caused a discrepancy among people in that some people do not reckon the reason for being charged for visiting some museums, while others are free to the public. Personally, I think that the advantages of this action outweigh its disadvantages because of two reasons which I am going to elucidate in the following.

It is easily recognized that the number of people using online books and newspapers is gradually rising, and that is the clearest depiction of developments in information technology. Therefore, quite a lot of people think that printed books and newspapers will vanish from worldwide commerce and I strongly disagree with this statement.

Food travels thousands of miles from producers to consumers. Some people think that it would be better for the environment and economy if people only ate the local food produced by farmers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays it is absolutely normal for food to be one of the biggest components in the global trade. This hasn't always been the case, and today some members of the public call for significantly reducing the volume of transferred food, or even eliminating the food trade completely, due to both environmental and economic concerns. While it is true that in some cases it is better for everyone to shorten the logistic chains, I disagree with the end objective of cancelling the global provision market.

These days, language is considered an opportunity to elevate human well-being. Some people believe that learning linguistics in native-speaking countries is the most effective way. In this essay, the reasons to support my agreement that travelling to foreign countries is a promising method to study foreign linguistics will be presented in the following paragraphs.

Technology is so advanced that we are able to translate any language. It is believed by some people that learning a new language is no longer required unlike before. Personally, I completely disagree with the statement as it is essential to know a language to understand the local culture and also to communicate with emotions.

There are two most common approaches to test someone's knowledge in various spheres, such as multiple choice and writing an article. Both of them are good and they have their own advantages. However, there are disputes about what method is the best one. I totally agree that the multiple choice approach is much nicer than a letter.

There has been a phenomenon that many processed food and drink products contain a high level of sugar. Some suggest those products should be made expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. I don't agree with this argument, and my reasons will be explained in the following paragraphs.

Recent years have witnessed that the number of residents has been increasing due to immigration, meanwhile, citizens are arguing whether deforestation should be conducted for residential buildings or not. From my perspective, the protection of rural areas should be maintained as a high priority, despite the lack of numbers of living areas.

Today the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising and not the real needs of society in which they are sold. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Advertising has a profound impact on our society. Consumers are buying products from famous brands which in turn boosts the sale for these companies, even though there is no need to buy them as a consequence of extensive advertisements. Personally, I completely disagree that sales are directly influenced by the ads.

It is true that in today's scenario, the crime rate is increasing day by day ,however, most students get influenced by television which has deleterious effects on offspring behaviour. Personally, I completely agree with this statement which I will discuss in upcoming paragraphs with relevant examples and conclusions.
