There is an emerging position that there exist some people who have a knack for being talented leaders. Yet, many reckon that leadership is a skill that humans can study to become specialists. This essay will discuss both sides of the problem before representing the writer’s perspective.

Some people think planning future is a waste of time and people should focus on present .To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

It is beyond doubt that aims for life are extremely essential in this recent period so that individuals can gain success in their life .Along with this certain masses believe that making ideas for the future is not significant and they should concentrate on the present. However , future goals are crucial to being successful .Thus this statement is not accurate with my point of view.

Part of the community opines, hard-working on the carrier is the most important while , another part believes spending life with relatives and close people should be the first priority . Objectives of the carrier can get fruitful at any time of life ,although, spending time with children and close friends can be missed for a lifetime. Due to these reasons , I reckon we should spend our time with our close ones as far as possible rather than hard working on the job which can be done at any time.

Youth is the national treasure of today's communities, they have the power to create a difference and to change the future. Recently adolescents are directed more and more toward spending much more time in the shopping centres which may generate a negative impact on society. I strongly believe that teenagers spare time is more precious and valuable than to be wasted in the shopping complexes for different reasons, one can be the hours wasted in the malls can be efficiently employed to do something more beneficial, another reason is the much time you spend in watching shiny commodities, the much tendency to spend more money.

In this regard, some employers prefer to hire workers who make a commitment to work in the same workplace for life-long. From my standpoint, it is not acceptable to obligate workers to work in the same place since mandatory tasks could have undesirable consequences for both company and employees.

As can be seen, higher-level medical treatments cost a lot of money. The rich can afford them, while the poor cannot. Crime is a serious problem that leads to devastating impacts on society. Although the percentage of violent wrongdoing are reducing, the public still faces unsafe conditions than before. In this essay, I will discuss the main reasons for insecure situations in the community which are drug addiction and unemployment resulting in more felonies and also the best possible solutions are rehabilitation and employment opportunities for criminals who finished their jail sentence period.
