It is too expensive to look after and repair old buildings. This money should be spent on building modern buildings instead. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some individuals think that capital should spend on the construction of new houses rather than repairing vintage homes because repair work is quite expensive. I partially agree with the fact that making a new building is easy these days. In the forthcoming paragraph, I shall discuss my viewpoint.

Children go to school every day and spend much of their time at school. There is an argument that says that a lot of stuff that has been taught for children is such a waste of time! However, others believe that studying at these institutions is helpful and meaningful at some point. In my point of view, I agree that these places are really useful. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss both sides and support my opinion.

The benefits of reading in childhood cannot be denied. However, some people suggest that children should only read books that educate them, and they discourage reading for entertainment, claiming that such readings do not have value. I disagree with such an extreme view and think that parents should help their offspring find the right balance between different genres of books.

Since the beginning of the industrial revolution in previous centuries and the globalization of the world in the last two decades, the consumption of fossil materials has increased dramatically. Thus, people have begun to believe that it is highly essential to find other sources of energy. This essay totally agrees with this opinion and will first discuss why it is worthwhile to consume different energy sources to preserve the environment and then will consider a problem related to the shortage of nonrenewable energy.

Children’s education issue is always (hotly discussed by/the focal point of) parents and educators, trying to explore an optimum method. Some people think that it is a waste of time for children to learn many things and the other side assert that whatever they study, it will be useful at some time. Arguments can be made up for both sides and I think all children should learn various subjects which seem useless now and it is necessary to purposely develop their hobbies or specialties.

Nowadays, it's argued that providing good parental skills for parents can be regarded as the best way to deter youth crime. In my opinion, I agree that appropriate parenting means can help to some extent; however, there're lots of approaches we can resort to which can also contribute to the reduction of juvenile crime.

It is becoming increasingly common for companies to promote an idea that there are some new advantages of the offered product. This essay will first consider the reason for this phenomenon and then discuss why it is beneficial to persuade people about the novelty of some products using the advertisement.

Modern lifestyle in the cities has led people to a new adaptation of small accommodations with little to no outdoor areas. As an urban citizen, I believe such a trend brings great benefits for the city residents.

Allocating a hefty budget on railways or roads? it is a trending issue (a controversial topic) that opinions are divided on that. This essay completely agrees with those who believe that investing in railways is far more essential because not only trains are safer than cars but also they are more environmentally friendly.

It is undeniable that more and more people are struggling against health problems, which results from having a great deal of fast food. It is claimed that governments should impose a higher tax to alleviate this situation; however, I would suggest that this issue merits more careful consideration.

There are tremendously controversial perspectives heating a debate over whether floral and fauna species suffer from the negative results of human’s activities. While some hold a strong view that there is no solution to this issue , the opposite makes a statement that positive action should be taken to revamp it. In my opinion, it is never too late to start resolving the problem.

Books and newspapers play a very important role almost in everyone's life. With time the trend is changing and people usually read their interesting materials on the internet. In the present day, with the advance of technology in fields such as medicine and elderly life, the practice of exercise with this population is a primary concern in any society. Although older adults strive to maintain a healthy routine, others are suffering from the consequences due to lack of exercise. Because of this, it is essential to understand the possible reasons and solutions in order to solve this problem.
