Many believe that it is only the managerial levels responsibility to make decisions in the firm. While others disagree and think that the whole staff should be convinced to contribute to the decision-making process. In my opinion, it is wise to take the workers opinion into consideration while deciding on important aspects of the association.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

It is thought by some that recycling domestic waste is insufficient and there is no other method than to boost recycling. In my opinion, I partially agree that governments should at the clear rules and regulations to increase recycling, ,however individuals also have the responsibility to reduce the use of plastic.

In recent years, there are many methods for people to obtain knowledge. Not only the book but also the different kinds of media such as the Internet, short film etc. The main purpose of public libraries is to let people enhance their knowledge while it should not be limited to the way to learn. In my view, I totally disagree with this statement and in this essay will discuss the reason in-depth.

In various countries, some authorities believe that constructing new railway lines might assist faster transportation between cities, other communities think money should be used on improving existing public transport.In my point of view, trains reduce travelling time compared to road and majority of the local public can afford this facility.However, there should require less money in improvement of existing public transport rather than investing for the new establishment of the rail line. Still, The railway is a more important part of the nation's development.

Learning in school is one of the opportunities for students to learn new things, not only about academics but also non-academic courses for their skill development. Therefore, I completely agree that unpaid social service activity should be included in the compulsory part of the high school program as the student will be encouraged to help other people, especially the underprivileged community and this program can be beneficial for their future career.

Many are of the opinion that schools should determine classes according to academic ability and distinguish stronger from weaker students. In my opinion, though this must be carefully managed, it is a logical proposal.

It is such a long process for the court to give their decision on the crime, as higher authorities have to obey legal procedure before making the jump on the final comment, therefore, it takes years and years to come to the decision. So that, in order to make the legal process faster some individuals argue for the same punishment for every crime, whereas, another group of people denied the mentioned statement, as they stated that there should be different punishments for various crimes. This essay will discuss the above-listed views and then I will disclose my view on this.

It is considered by some that the prior contribution of university education is that it allows people to be employed with quite high salaries. In this essay, I will look at both sides of the argument and give my opinion in favour of the latter.

According to many opinions, humans should not intervene in this process, whilst others assert that an intervention is needed.
