The restoration of old buildings in major cities around the world costs enormous amounts of money. This money would be better spent on providing new housing and road development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is indeed the fact that refurbishment of old structures in prime cities involves a lot of expenditure which could be utilized for the construction of new accommodations as well as infrastructure. I partially agree with this statement and this essay will discuss the reasons for my partial agreement.

Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugar, which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, many processed high-sugar foods and drinks could be harmful to people's health as a side effect in the future. In my point of view, I do disagree with the solutions about increasing tax or prices of high-sugar level products will not persuade most of the customers to pick low-sugar drinks and foods instead. The reasons that I disagree with this issue will be discussed in detail.

In order to survive in this dog-eat-dog world, the management of a company needs to take a large number of strategic decisions by considering the company’s strengths and weaknesses. Resultantly, whereas some individuals assert that managers of a firm ought to take the necessary decisions alone, others attend that staff should be included in any important decision-making process. I, too, wholeheartedly deem that involving employees during the time of management decision is conducive to getting a deeper insight into the company’s external and internal factors.

It is believed that those who commit crimes should be put into jails while there are people who think there are better alternatives. From my point of view, I believe that there are better ways instead of making the criminals serve a prison sentence for the crimes that they had committed.

A curfew is used to control the political assembling that occurred in Thailand or the pandemic that spread around the world such as SACOV2(COVID-19) that will help the government easier to control the situation. Nevertheless, A curfew may be used to disadvantages the citizen, which are coming in the next paragraph of this essay.

With the advent of technology, the means of communication has changed drastically. I partially agree with this argument, though, technology is considered a bane to society, yet, the traditional way to communicate is far from being archaic.

Sports play a vital role in the holistic development of a person. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that with the introduction of the high number of sports institutes, the health of local people can be improved, while others emphasize that only these facilities will not create any impact and other ways should be adopted for the wellness of society.

Today’s world is becoming faster with the technology in the means of transport advancements. In most parts of developing countries, people believe investing in present public facilities for transportation is the best solution, yet it is not a good solution on spending a lot on transportation systems which are already happening in faster commuter lines.

In some countries an increasing number of people are suffering form health problems as a result of eating too much fast food. It is therefore necessary for governments to impose a higher tax on this kind of food. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

In the last years, the intake of fast food has experienced a sharp increase in several countries, which has lead to many health issues. I strongly believe that governments should address the problem by penalizing this food economically.
