Over many years, students academic achievements have been determined through their performance in a traditional paper-based examination. I agree that in order to fairly judge the knowledge of pupils the current pen and paper-based process is not apt. In this essay, I will try to prove the inefficiency of the present evaluation method of scholars with the help of lucid examples.

It is true that the majority of people argue that a person should have a stable salary and a minimum real estate like a house and a car. While some people tend towards the viewpoint that being married is motivation to achieve results faster, I would have to support the idea that getting married before graduating from a university and getting a job is foolish.

Advertising is more popular among almost all companies to encourage individuals to buy their products and services. It is said that many people have been influenced by advertisements and purchase products without considering their true needs. I completely agree with this opinion as advertisements are more aggressive these days, and companies use celebrities to have more influence on people.

It is thought by some that foreign tourists should behave the same way as the locals while there are others who believe that local residents ought to embrace cultural differences. In my opinion, people should be encouraged to accept the customs of visitors to promote global cultural diversity.

As the economy and society make advancements, the health condition of the public seems to present some new problems. This is particularly true in developed countries, where people tend to get heavier and develop a variety of health issues. In my opinion, the main reasons for such phenomenon consist in the lack of exercise and the unbalanced diet resulted from city life. To tackle the issue, governments and individuals all have a part to play.

Traditionally, children begin studying foreign languages at secondary school. Many individual schools or educationalists have recommended studying foreign dialects at an earlier stage. Learning an unknown language is not that simple and it makes it really easy when you are young, however, pupils may confuse with their mother tongue and may lead to mixed speech. While acknowledging that there are drawbacks to this policy this essay will argue that the benefits of studying an overseas language at the primary school outweigh the disadvantages.

The mode of entertainment was confined to single-screen cinema halls and black and white televisions for the most part of the 20th century, but not anymore. People today have these modes of entertainment in every handheld device and also in almost every room in their homes. Soap opera is one of the biggest sources of entertainment on these devices and I totally agree that it plays a very important social role.
