One of the social concern to building and houses in cities, while the others argued that all of the old buildings or houses need to be remove and replace with other expensive and modern buildings. Personally, i tend to believed we need to protect and keep all that old buildings.

With the significant increase in population in big cities, the rods traffic has increased. Whereas I believe that affording the main life needs such as schools, malls and employment opportunities in every single town will reduce the amount of car usage, Some people believe that this solution does not change traffic. It is an irrefutable fact that the problem of traffic congestion and pollution has significantly in the past few years. Therefore, some suggest that charging more on fossil fuels will cause a reduction of vehicles operating on it and thereby improve the air quality. I completely disagree with this notion.
