Write about the following topic: In Britain, when someone gets old they often go to live in a home with other old people where there are nurses to look after them. Sometimes the government has to pay for this care. Who do you think should pay for this care, the government or the family? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

These days, the number of elders have dramatically increased in every country across the world. Therefore, in order to take care of them, a controversial debate has been issued whether the payment for nursing service should be taken the lead by the government or their family. In this essay, the reasons for supporting that the authority should be responsible for the finance will be presented in detail before the conclusion will be reached.

It is irrefutable that environmental problems are tremendously increasing and for most of the nations this has become a massive issue that is beyond their boundaries to deal with it. Countries have decided to handle it as a global issue. I strongly agree with this approach as many nations are underdeveloped and they do not have enough resources and funding to overcome it independently.
