Many individuals opt to digest foods such as fish and meat which are very high in protein. Due to this reason, they believe that this diet is not only beneficial to them but also provides fitness advantages to the nation by improving their fitness levels. I personally agree that giving details of our interests might be helpful. However, this essay will discuss both aspects.

It is irrefutable that quality matter more than the quantity and price of the consumable item. Solving of regional food should be preferred other than imported material. a number of reasons are responsible behind its influence and I believe that it always leaves a positive impact on people's mind.I firmly disagree to present statement,However, I tend to think in the opposite direction, I would like to explicate it at length in the paragraphs to come.

In the past few decades, there has been an increase in the consumption of junk food by people and the main cause of it is the widespread availability and cheap in cost. It is considered by many that the loss of particular species of plants and animals is a major environmental issue at present, while others think that there are even more critical ones do exist. I am of the opinion that although the extinction of specific flora and fauna is deeply disrupting the ecosystem, the primary concerns are global warming and ozone layer depletion.

"Healthy citizens make a healthy nation" and this is only possible when a person takes care of their own health without any surveillance by the authorities. However, there is a large portion of society which think that nation council is primarily responsible for ensuring the consumption of a healthy diet by its population and have a disease-free landmark.
