In some offices, employees work in enclosed workstations or cubicles. Other offices have a more open design, in which there are no walls separating employees from their coworkers. Which type of arrangement do you think is most effective? Explain, giving reasons to support your answer.

In some workplaces, people work together in common areas without walls; however, in others employers prefer separate workstations. I believe common workspace is far better than the distinct walled rooms. It not only provides employees with a better workplace environment, but also assists them to do teamwork.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour to children?

In this day and age, how to help a child raise their awareness and knowledge effectively has caused a heated concern. Some people think that pupils must learn how to distinguish between right and wrong when they were born through the aid of punishment as soon as possible. I agree with this point of view and there are several ways to teach them about this distinction.

Some people argue that, the teenage children should have an independent life, while the others argue that, the parents should look after their children with the protection. I strongly believe that, parents should look after their kids with the certain independence.

Nowadays, people have a tendency to go to large shopping centres which are based on the outskirts, therefore, many small stores in the central city are on the verge of bankruptcy. Although the large out-of-town shopping malls can have several drawbacks, I believe that the merits of this are more influential than the shortcomings.

Due to recent advances in communication technology, the mobile phone has become a part of our daily life. When compared to earlier years, People nowadays depend on mobile phones more than anything and it has become an important accessory. But, a lot of social and health related problems have arisen due to over dependence. In my opinion the Negatives out wins the positives.

Environmental problems aren't new to the mankind and we've always been successful in addressing those issues with strong determination. However, I would argue, without support from the masses, there would be a tiny scope for win-win situation

Although it is sometimes argued that zoos ought to be closed because of a brutal attitude to animals, there are those who believed that they are the best places to protect different species. In my opinion, the cruelty that animals suffer from outweighs any benefits zoos can provide, and that they should be shut down.

Effective communication is the main aim of any television program or newspaper. To communicate, most of the time, they use pictures along with the words. Some people argue that, the government should not provide the personal care and the financial support to their elderly people in the country, where they explained that, it's an each person's responsibility to have their retirement fee to support themselves. I strongly disagree with this statement, hence the government should not ignore them, as everyone will not have the opportunity to obtain a retirement fee.

It is often argued that it is ok to have exclusive jobs for men or women, some others have the opposite view and believe that men and women should have equal opportunities when applying for a job. This essay is going to disagree with the belief that Job vacancies should be restricted to either gender. The reason for this is Job fairness, diversity and the probability of losing talented applicants.
