Nowadays, most of the people living in cities are complaining that noise in public places is above the tolerance limit. There are myriad reasons for this problem that will be discussed in the below paragraphs along with a solution.

A number of individuals are not able to get enough time for the workout from their daily personal and professional lives which resulting various health issues in them. I believe, there are mainly two reasons behind it, the first is laziness and the second is poor time management. There are several ways to resolve these problems such as motivating people about the benefits of doing exercise who are lazy and educating them about the work-life balance. I have explained my points of view and ideas in the further paragraphs.
